Excellent clean hotel, situated in fashionable Jardins district, no frills or spacious reception areas, but a superior room at just £75 per night is unbelivably good value in the center of the city. The rooms are well appointed for the business man too with a good desk and kitchenette type cupboard with crockery and mocrowave. Staff very friendly and helpful and reception always had an English speaking member of staff available which is a huge help in a country where very few speak English. Good sauna, fitness center and an external plunge pool with sun bathing platform at penthouse level. Yes I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Rooms at 4th floor and lower facing the road were noisy so I moved to 14th which was excellent light, airy and good views too.

Service from all the emplyee"s and tranquality.

Hotel is pleasant.

Linen cheap and fray. Undersized for bed. Hotel is getting old and worn. Breakfast buffet was spotty and short of offering.

The hotel has twovaluable assets: 1) hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful (time to time had bit issue with englsih BUT with the usual brasilian communication ways, they come over all the language barriers) 2) hotel location

There are a couple of things 1) the most annoying thing was that, at the air-conditioning equipment as it was built-in there was a pretty big hole in the wall thus noise from the street and the cold could come into the room 2) there was no heating option and i was on some cold days, meaning the room was not confortable 3) the hotel room I have had would need a well-done refurbishment 4) internet speed was so-so but definetely not high-speed I would say for the price you can have a room there, you would expect a higher standard!

The location is pretty good. Pretty close to Jardins main shopping streets. Close to Avenida Paulista also.

The furniture looks kind of cheap.

Windows do not block exterior sound at all. Internet speed is quite slow. Other than that the hotel is pretty decent and very will located.

I was charged double the price for which I booked. Not good at all.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e os funcionários são atenciosos.

Colchão,Travesseiros e Cobertores deixam a desejar; porém limpos. Poucas opções de canais de TV.Mobiliário defasado.

Localização excepcional

Atendimento, notadamente da profissional Aline, na recepção do hotel.

Academia: ausência de água para os hóspedes. Sauna: ausência de armários com chaves (hóspedes deixando seus pertences no chão) e temperatura (pouco aquecida). Ambiente para café da manhã: acesso externo. Poderia existir uma passagem do hall do hotel para aquele espaço.

Localização e café da manhã.

Os travesseiros não eram de boa qualidade ou estavam sem condições de uso e não tinham outros para substituir. As chaves tinha que a cada dia ter que passar na recepção para magnetizar, pois não abria a porta, e esta situação não é comunicado aos hospedes.
