The breakfast was very good and the location is fairly good too. Have you ever heard of a 4 star hotel that does not supply an iron!!! I had to walk around in creased clothes for a week! There is a laundry service but it would've been too expensive to have everything in my case ironed and quite laborious to constantly plan what I was to wear and have sent to be ironed. Its just another way of making money out of you. I did not like that. Internet is not included in the price either. Hotel in desperate need of redecoration. |

The staff are friendly and location is good , near to tube,bus station and down town. The building is old.That's why the room was humid.The halls smell dampness.The hotel needs restoration. |

Hotel was is a good location near transport and restaurants. Good breakfast The bed old and very uncomfortable. Not enough pillows, no mini-bar stock, pool area needs updating. |

Breakfast had plenty of variety and the hotel was centrally located for travel around Sao Paulo. Hotel in need of renovation, lifts were not very reliable as they did not always stop at the floor selected. |

serio to nic, fajna restauracja na przeciwko hotelu- central 22, wino plus drobne przekaski basen i taras ohydny, brudna woda w basenie nie podgrzewana, pokoj mały,obsluga oszukala nas na wymianie waluty, masakra, sniadania w ponurej restauracji ala Gierek, hotel jest stary brzydki nie zasluguje na 4 gwiazdki nie polecam,juz lepiej dołożyc i spac gdzie indziej, albo brac hostel, jest okropny, najgorszy hotel w jakim spalem w zyciu - nie bookowac nawet jak jest promocja!!!!! chyba że na własne ryzyko |

A relação custo benefício não é boa, ademais fiz a reserva e ao chegar na repção do hotel a dita reserva não existia, ou seja a Booking, não havia cumprido com suas obrigações, então por favor queiram deletar meu email de seua arquivos. |

Gostei da comida do restaurante e da agilidade da entrega do jantar no quarto, comemos filé minhón com fritas, estava saboroso. Deveria ter uma poltrona reclinável no quarto para mais conforto ao cliente. |

Buena ubicación, cerca de restorant. Entorno seguro. Se puede salir a caminar sin problemas por los alrededores. Buen desayuno. No cuenta con televisión por cable. Falta internet gratis. |

gostei das instalações, de uma maneira geral, e da proximidade do centro da cidade. Acho que eles precisam explicar melhor o que significa o tal "pequeno almoço". Achei que o almoço estava incluso na diária e, na verdade, era o café da manhã. O Almoço, aliás, foi bem caro e, se eu soubesse, teria almoçado em outro lugar. |

Não pude utilizar os serviços do hotel, com exceção do café da manhã que, por sua vez, fantástico. Devido a minha estadia fulgaz não pude aproveitar sala de fitness, piscina, etc. Mas valeu muito a pena. No momento não me vem nada à cabeça. O que eu pude aproveitar, gostei muito. |

reichhaltiges Frühstück bei booking.com steht, dass Hotel Fitnesscenter, Spa & Wellness Center, Friseur hat, man kann lediglich nur Massagen buchen. Bitte in Beschreibung aendern, wir waren sehr enttaeuscht ... Es gab auch keinen Airport Shuttle, wie auf Website veroeffentlicht !!!!! Zimmer war ungemuetlich, Bad sehr veraltet, wenige Angestellten sprechen englisch. |

Gostei do atendimento do recepcionista pois mesmo tendo feito a reserva pela internet quando cheguei la não tinhadocumento algum sobre a reserva mas mesmo assim me atendeu prontamente arrumando um apartamento. Como disse penso que seja importante esse atendimento de reserva fucnionar pois não funcionou e gostaria de saber o motivo. |

Internet barata. Melhorar o quarto (papel parede/pintura sujo e descascando, chuveiro enferrujado, espelhos com manchas de antigo e toalhas de banho furadas). Também melhorar o atendimento da recepção visando procurar resolver os problemas dos clientes. |

De locatie/ligging van het hotel was echt geweldig! Ontbijt ook goed. * Sommige personeelsleden waren weinig behulpzaam (maar de rest was goed). De TV-had maar vier zenders. |

Ubicación estratégica en centro antiguo de San Pablo.Excelente ubicación con restaurants para la noche. Faltaria modernizar un poco las habitaciones.Instalat WIFI pues no tiene y es caro el servicio que cobran. |
