Quality is situated in Adrianopolis neighbourhood, besides the Manauara Shopping and near the financial district of Manaus. It offers modern rooms with LCD cable TV, free internet and an outdoor pool....
Score from 230 reviews Very good

Score from 369 reviews Very good
I liked the proximity to Manaus, cabins are well appointed & maintained. Separated for good privacy. Restaurant lunch and dinner were good with variety. Although dinner served at 7:30 (7:00 would have been better for us). Staff good. Quite a number of animals to be seen while walking around--lizards, monkeys, birds.... Overall good value for money.
The activities were somewhat limited for 4 days. 3 might be enough to relax. Natural pool and beach could use some maintenance/improvement. Only did the piraña fishing which was very poor. Only lasted 50 minutes and guides could care less. Expensive for what we got and did not choose to do any other activities.
a hotel with lovely grounds including its own zoo. Food was excellent.
the room we stayed in was very comfortable but felt dated and smelt slightly danp
We thought the food was great. We also went to the Spa, which we really enjoyed!
One of the pools was dirty (green & moldy) & had trash in it. The t.v. was so grainy that we really couldn't watch it.
You have to walk too much to get to your room.. If you dont have much time, better find another place... They also put us in a very bad room, and after a long trip still had to complain and wait for a change...
IT has lovely grounds with views of the river. IT has lots of facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts etc. Amazon Clipper Tours pick up from there which is convenient (and why we stayed).
Its a big old hotel, with a very dark interior which is a shame. I am sure it used to be great but now it seems abit faded and old fashioned. The shops on site are VERY expensive, but the off licence was handy for stocking up with wine for our boat trip! ITs probably great for kids with a big a pool etc but just not really our kind of hotel.
Breakfast was the only very good aspect of this hotel.
A friendly welcome or "good morning" should be basics for a receptionist at a 5-star hotel. Bad smell throughout the hotel.
- The check-in required about 45 minutes (2 people for check in at 3 pm) - The check-out required 30 minutes (1 person! For check-out at 11:45 am) - The selection and quality of the breakfast is poor, it is crowded and loud in the restaurant - The bathroom is out of date - The number of towels was depending on the personal, for a two bed accommodation between 0 and 1 towel a day) - The room is made in a rudimentary way, and for this service 10% service charge is on the receipt - Only one restaurant was open during the entire week - The value for money factor is negative - …
Big rooms, good restaurant
A few bugs at the balcony, but nothing beyond normal
It took us 45min to checkin after we arrived at midnight from a long flight. Also the rooms were really outdated. They probably were never renovated since the hotel opened and they looked like out of an indiana jones movie. This is not a 5 star resort more like a 3 star resort.
Proximity to Rio Negro
The service is very bad. There were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived, the toilet flush stopped working and the wifi was also down for a few hours everyday. There are very limited restaurant options: one main restaurant and an over-priced pool bar. The local area doesn't have many restaurants either. The tours offered by the hotel are massively overpriced.
Good location, travel office for amazonas tours in the hotel, some rooms renovated, nice private zoo, small shops in the hotel, good breakfast
Lobby and restaurant old, not renovated, pool area even. Plastic furniture
Near nature. Big spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Quick and easy check in.
Quite far from city center. needs repairs and maintenance to be able to call it a high end resort.
Good hotel to stay with kids and teenagers. Good place to do river tours. Breakfast good. Very calm place
Internet in my room free but very weak. Far from downtown. Taxi a little expensive from the hotel
Breakfast is nice, the place has a zoo which is great. There is free working wifi and bus is near to go to the town. It's also close to airport.
The buffet food is ok, but a la carte menu is terrible. Overpriced and not tasty. I could not regulate the AC and it was too cold for my liking,
The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. Great location on the river. Charming decor
Small workout area in the spa. Carpets in hall a bit dirty
Near fifa fan fest
Trying to credit me some wrong credits. Need to work on their atitude
Lots of things to do (e.g., zoo, pool, etc), large place to explore
Room was just ok. The room and the whole hotel looked outdated. Hallways smelled old. Were some cobwebs and mold on the windows in the room that made me thing it hadn't been properly cleaned or painted.
Location close to Ponta Negra, excursions leave from the hotel port.
The facilities are really old, the corridors have a weird smell. The breakfast is not so good. Rooms are far away from the central elevator. It must have been a really good hotel when they built it but it needs renovations now.
Lovely built hotel a bit outside the city, quietly located.
Very poor internet quality, some renovation of rooms would help
Massive resort complex with trails, beautiful grounds and strange nooks and crannies to investigate. Very comfortable rooms.
Exceptionally poor service. Inedible and illness-inducing food served cold after long waits (room service and restaurants). Spa area is falling into ruin and sauna is barely warm.
location and setting is perfect
the hotel is 39 years ald, nothing has been updated, half of the lamps not working, Tv first not working, after repair was, but not the channels as on the list internet : after 6 times info that it works, at the 7th time being told that it isn't available in the rooms, but sometimes for about 15 minutes it is the final bill a joke, they do not bill according to the signed bills, but put charges and discount wwithout any reason - it took me 30 minutes to get an amount which could be approximately correct
Zoo and some tropical forest at the site. Very close to Ponta Negra beach.
Not easy to go to downtown. Have to take an expensive taxi to airport.
This hotel was built in the 70's in the jungle. Nowadays it keeps the same style but much closer to the city. It is very clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast has a lot of choices. It is an excellent hotel for those with children. There is a travel agency inside the hotel wich makes things a lot easier.
Since it is an old hotel a lot of the rooms had been reformed, including bathrooms. But part of my family stayed in a room not reformed where the hot water did not work well (with very few water) and the air conditioning had no temperature regulation.
Very good location, Big rooms (comfortable)
Dirty room, service weak (pool bar take too much time to delivery your request, Internet didn`t work in the room and when I asked for support - at night - they said they didn't have deadline to solve the problem...), the hotel is too expensive even more because they have a weak service for a "resort"
Personel did not speak English Very long check in time - unacceptable No keys available for in room safe Wake up call did not work - missed my flight. Terrible experience!!!
