the hotel was very clean and modern.service from desk staff excellent and porters facilitys was very good. the food two nights in a row was cold and uneatable |

Good place for over night stay, Wall Mart within walking distance, otherwise its normal residential area. Good breakfast. Bit long from the Sao Paolo city, we managed to take a bus to subway towards the city, but didnt even try to do it when returning to hotel (Taxi costs rougly R$80). We arrived early morning and spent day in the city and left early morning, which was convenient as its close to airport (with free minibus connection). Not really, the gym is bit out dated though, with some broken equipments, but enough to spent half an hour before taking a shower. Sauna was useless, but didnt really affect my holiday plans :) |

Helpful staff and quick service. cleanliness, comfortable bed, ample size room emergency light came on during blackout and could not be turned off. |

Spacious, quiet, modern room. Breakfast was available15 minutes before departure of 0600 hrs airport shuttle bus. No shuttle service between 1930 hrs & 2130 because the one and only bus driver is having his dinner. Timetable should be made available to guests at time of booking. Internet is chargeable |

Very nice rooms, quiet and restful. Good value and easy if you rent car. Much better than going into Sao Paolo and messing with traffic. No restaurant inside, so they use pub next door which is good food and fun. |

The hotel staff did not have the reservation, but they manager to give me the same rate. The hotel never answer a email that I send them directly 4 days preivous to my arrival |

a hospitalidade ter transporte próprio para o aeroporto o hotel em si o pequeno almoço as pessoas que trabalham no hotel muito simpáticas e prestáveis o conforto a limpeza apenas com a minha reserva não estava registada na data que eu marquei e tive algumas dificuldades para resolver o problema mas depois tudo se conseguiu resolver |

Der Shuttle Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel war zu unregelmaessig, da ich wir laenger als eine halbe Stunde gewartet haben und letzendlich ein Taxi nehmen mussten. |

O atendimento muito atencioso dos recepcionistas, a limpeza e decoração em geral do hotel/quarto/banheiro/armário e o serviço de cozinha. Sim, infelizmente notei um certo preconceito com meu veículo, já um pouco velho, bem como de minha namorada, que foram estacionados em um canto juntamente com entulhos e despejos diversos.Observei que haviam veículos importados e novos, isso para mim não justifica a segregação de nossos carros, afinal não estavam tão ruins assim.. |

La habitacion estuvo confortable, Fue muy util el internet wifi en la habitacion. El que tenga transfer al aeropuerto es una muy buena ventaja. No recomendaria el hotel para alguien que va a tener mas actividades en el centro de Sao Paulo. Dependiendo del trafico, se puede esperar el transfer en el aeropuerto hasta mas de una hora. |

Tiene transporte hotel aeropuerto hotel gratuito, esta cerca de un shoping y tambien hay traslados gratuitos esta en una zona que se aprecia segura la tarifa estaba un poco cara haciendo referencia con otros hoteles de la zona |

Do profissionalismo e simpatia dos funcionários e da comida do restaurante. Acho que o banheiro do quarto deveria ser bem mais limpo e deveria, obrigatóriamente, ter escaldamento ou ar condicionado quente nos quartos. Afinal o hotel se classifica como um quatro estrelas ou nao? |

Instalações, traslado para o aeroporto (apesar de não tê-la usado) O restaurante, é caro e de qualidade discutível. O sistema de internet (wireless) é terceirizado e apresenta falhas ao não conseguir conectar 2 ou mais clientes com o mesmo sobrenome, não obstante os apartamentos serem diferentes.... |

O preço e a comodidade de estar próximo do aeroporto Internacional Não gostamos dos pratos que pedidos no jantar. A comida veio meio crua e fria. è preciso melhorar esse serviço já que acerca do hotel não existem opções. A cobrança da taxa de estacionamento foi outro quesito que não apreciamos no hotel. |
