Good German beerhouse style restaurant next door. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Hotel was no where near our expectations. We decided to book one night in an "airport hotel" as we had a very early flight out of Sao Paulo the next day and didnt want to spend the little time we had sitting in traffic. We booked this one to enjoy the pool and use the 24hr airport shuttle bus. We got all of the information on the shuttle and let the hotel know our arrival time. The information we were provided was incorrect and therefore we waited for an hour in the wrong location before we ended up just taking a $20usd cab. The hotel barely apologized for the mixup and that was all. The pool had been closed for a week for maintenance which we were not told. The gym was tiny, a few machines and weights shoved in a corner. One of the restaurants had been closed for sometime, again which we were not told until we went to check it out. The only option in the hotel was a dark cafeteria style restaurant. They charged us $5USD for 15 mins to use a computer in the lobby as we werent able to book a flight over wifi. Our wake up call was half an hour early which makes a big difference at 4am. Also the safe in our room did not work. Our expectations werent that high for an airport hotel, however this hotel was not worth the price or hassle. Would not recommend staying here.

Airport shuttle

The quality has dropped substantially over the last year.First thr room I was given was not made, a real battlefield. In the 2n room the safe was broken and could not be repaired nor changed.the 2nd day, the staff removed the toiletries but forgot to put fresh ones.the internet line was either broken or dropped,, and very slow.One telephone was not working...

Location and free transfer to airport

The restaurant, with music and tv near the saloon in high level, bad meat with high price. In the room, prehistoric tv.

Good well appointed business hotel. We used it for an overnight stay when transiting through Guarulhos airport. Room was clean, shower was warm and powerful, bed was comfy, staff were helpful, price was very good!

a bit of a wait for the shuttle, but it was free.

Friendly staff and very clean and organized Hotel. We recommend it without hesitation.

I stayed at Slaviero Ex Guarulhos 1 night. The hotel is very clean, the room spacious. But the best is the location if you have an early flight the next day. It take more or less 20 minutes to go to the airport (beware the traffic, it can turn into 40min easily) Taxi and Shuttle available.

The food... Really... Had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant's and some serious improvement need to be made.

This was a great option for our stopover in Sao Paulo. The room was big and clean and the staff were very friendly. It was much cheaper than any of the other airport hotels and there was also a free shuttle to the airport.

They charged around 190 dolars from my credit card !!! even though I already paid for the room price which was around 50 dolars!! Stay away from this hotel!!!

The environment is clean, free shuttle bus services to/ from the airport Guarulhos.

The restroom has water leakage and hotel staff wasn't aware of that! Shuttle bus schedule was not too flexible.

I could not use internet due to surver trouble. Number of staff for check in is not enough, I had to wait long in line.

It is good to stay one night , then to catch the flight . The price is reasonable .

They don't have adapters for European or Asian power sockets. Not so near to airport. Cost about br50 one way by taxi.

1. Room service contact was difficult without Portuguese language. 2. Two beers delivered by room service frothed all over the place when opened. Unsatisfactory resolution to payment/replacement issue.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Spacious, comfortable room at a very good price. Very nice breakfast buffet.
