My third stay and my third problem checking in as they had misplaced my booking.I Was due to A.rrive very early so had booked to stay the previous night so I would get in room early. Flight delayed and then having this hassle on check in was a pain. I will remember this for the future. Why do they not clean around the pool area - bottles and towels left all day without being picked up. This hotel's manager needs to walk around the facility and will see what every guest will see - sloppy. Reservation department needs sorting - on checkout they tried to charge me the agreed two night price per night ( ie double ) and to charge for two breakfasts that were included. Silly . I would recommend this hotel only on basis of location

Comfy bed The hotel is very dated. The reviews don't communicate this. I expected something great from the reviews but there is no denying all the facilities including carpets, bathrooms etc are very old

We were very happy with the proximity to the shopping Higienopolis and the neighborhood was very safe and calm as we had an 11 month old baby and were able to go out for a quick walk to the mall. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. There were always taxis available outside the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here next time we are in Sao Paulo. We arrived with a lot of luggage and had to wait for a while for the porter to appear to help us. The carpet in the room had stains and looked old even if it was clean. Otherwise we were happy with the facility and services overall.

Primeiramente do atendimento no check in , onde fui atendida pelo André , muito educado, gentil e atencioso. Do quarto , achei muito confortável, silencioso, limpo, cama e travesseiros macios . Cafeteira elétrica para preparar chá e café . Roupões limpos e macios. Banheiro limpo, bem iluminado, espelho para maquiagem, toalhas em bom estado. Ducha excelente. Serviço de quarto rápido e de qualidade. Café da manhã muito bom, grande variedade de opções e muito bem servido. Adorei e voltaria a me hospedar com certeza. Faltou os chinelos , já que tinha os roupões.

Hôtel international classique, sans charme particulier mais sans défaut non plus. Propre et bien équipé. La chambre au 24ème étage ... juste sous la machinerie de la clim, quel raffut !!!

Da cordialidade, simpatia e atenção dos funcionários; da cama; da limpeza, tanto das áreas internas quanto externas. O ar condicionado poderia ser mais potente, no verão acredito que deixe a desejar. As frutas do café da manhã estavam meio cozidas.

Gosto do Hotel,dos quartos,das camas,dos empregados,do café da manhã. Passear em São Paulo no bairro Higienópolis é ótimo. Sempre que posso repito a dose. De ter ficado só o final de semana! Sempre é bom ter mais tempo pra poder aproveitar o hotel e o bairro!
