Conservação Melhorar o atendimento da recepção, pois mesmo tendo efetivado a reserva e pedido não fumante, precisei aguardar a liberação de um quarto não fumante, tendo em vista que alegavam que estavam todos ocupados. |

Gostei da agilidade do check-in e check-out. Pessoal de recepcao muito atenciosos, inclusive nos detalhes da arrumacao do quarto. Melhrar a limpeza do chao dos quartos (pasar aspirador).Falta de pessoal de manutencao de plantao. |
