The breakfast was great and the staff very nice and courteous. In my room there was no price list for the fridge items. There was no robe in the bedroom and no option to ask for one. The shuttle for the American consulate was not there on the time we requested. We had to take a taxi instead because the driver didn't show up. |

Fui muito bem atendido, porém fica muito alto o custo para quem frequenta o Credicard Hall. Sugiro para finais de semana inicando na sexta-feira, pacotes culturais. Ou seja para quem apresentar ingresso do teatro ou de algum show, goza do direito a um pacote promocional. |

Proximidade da Marginal Pinheiros Uma hóspede visivelmente drogada importunando os demais hóspedes na entrada do hotel. Os funcionários do hotel nada fizeram para contê-la. |
