Location is great! Walkable to Av Paulista, the subway, masp and right next to the delicious-looking a Bella Paulista. Bakery/restaurant. More importantly, we felt that we were in a safe neighbourhood. Reception staff can be a little more attentive and efficient. Room clean up to be done earlier in the day. Allow late check-out.

difficoltà a gestire le prenotazioni e i prezzi a mezzo booking. quando sono arrivata non avevano la mia camera disponibile,si guardavano in faccia tra loro,nonostante avessi dall'italia già sistemato con booking,che diceva che l'hotel aveva fatto confusione,poi son riusciti a darmene una nel giro di pochissimo.Prezzi discordanti tra prenotazione booking e addebito hotel.Alla fine han dovuto far fotocopia della mia prenotazione per garantirmi il prezzo..Nel complesso penso che possa succedere,però non dovrebbe...

A localização é boa. Perto do metro, tem um ponto de taxi em frente. 2 quadras da paulista. Tem uma padaria 24h excelente, super completa na esquina. O serviço de café da manhã deixou a desejar. O buffet em si é bastante diversificado. Entretanto, o serviço prejudicou a qualidade. Não houve limpeza das mesas, a reposição demorou a acontecer: por volta das 9:30 não havia mais prato, talheres, frios, etc. a dinâmica do serviço poderia ser revisto.

Posizionato a ridosso della fiera, dell'avenida paulista, della metro e dall'augusta. La piscina è ridicola, la palestra ai minimi e la colazione era povera di frutta e internet a pagamento veramente caro

A localização é excelente e o quarto é bastante confortável. Apesar do café-da-manhã ser ótimo, no segundo dia ele foi bastante confuso: tinha fila de espera e faltou reposição de comida. Peguei ainda uma longa fila para o check-in e para o check-out.

Wifi gratuita, localizaçäo perto da Avda Paulista, pessoal amável. Check-in e check-out devagar, como é habitual no Brasil. O pais tem que se modernizar no só nos elevados preços dos hoteis, também reduzindo os tramites para fazer check-in e check-out. Näo gostei de ter que pagar meia diaria, uma fortuna, por ter chegado ao hotel as 10h da manhá. Me indicaram que era assim sempre chegando antes das 14h!!

Localização. O quarto que ficamos era no 14o andar. Somente o ar condicionado eu achei que gelava pouco, pois como somos nortistas, somos acostumados a dormir no ar condicionado bem frio.

Confortável e muito bem localizado. Tanto para realizar o check-in (16:00 h) quanto o check-out (11:50 h), só havia um funcionário na recepção, formando-se um fila imensa e que faz o hóspede esperar quase meia hora para ser atendido. Além disso, os funcionários foram extremamente antipáticos.
