Very pleasant hotel & well located. Rooms smallish but everything you need. I would probably choose to stay there again. All the extra taxes etc which came on top of the price I was quoted or on the price for a meal in the restaurant. |

I go to the hotel a lot and sometimes I check in late. It would be nice that when i request a simple upgrade, the hotel would accomodate with this. I have asked many times and I have been denied many times. Other than that, the hotel is great (Tryp Paulista) and the other hotels of yours I have stayed at also. |

Het hotel is proper, vriendelijke mensen en makkelijk in het centrum. Bij nader inzien is de prijs best hoog. Ik heb inmiddels ook in andere hotels in Sao Paolo overnacht, waar voor de helft zelfs meer kwaliteit wordt geboden. |
