Although English is only available on the front desk, staff was very friendly. Room cleaning sometimes took till preparing for the night to clean the room (2 times). If you have business meetings in the hotels, don't, make appointments elsewere. Bar is closed and lounge to open.

O hotel é excelente, bom quarto, bom banheiro. O fator negativo foi a recepção, pois havia comprado uma promoção do booking, com excelente preço para o padrão do hotel e a recepcionista me deixou 30 minutos esperando, pois não achava a reserva, apesar de ter levado impresso a reserva com o devido código de identificação. Me tratou com desprezo, acredito, por ter conseguido um valor tão baixo. Insinuando que se quisesse hospedar lá, teria que pagar tarifa de balcão, que era mais do que o dobro.

Ubicación. Buena cama. Tranquilidad y seguridad. Internet gratuito. Tenía un cargo de una cena de otra persona en mi cuenta. Al verificar la cuenta, reclamé y lo corrigieron. Algo lento el check-in y el check-out.

Staff extremamente atencioso e simpático. Quartos muito confortáveis. Excelente localização, próxima à avenida Paulista, metrô, bons restaurantes e lojas. Pelo valor, acredito que o café da manhã deveria estar incluído na valor da diária.

Infelizmente o hotel estava em obras e não sabia nem nos foi avisado. Havia poeira no ambiente e minha esposa é alergica. Sentimo-nos lesados pela situação que apenas nos deparamos com ela ao chegar com a reserva nas mãos. Embora bem localizado e limpo nossa estadia foi prejudicada pela situação.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer.Die Naehe zur Metrostation Consolacao macht aus diesem Hotel eine exzellente Wahl fuer den Aufenthalt in Sao Paulo. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis.

Nos gusto mucho el hotel, especialmente por la ubicacion a una cuadra de la Av. Paulista y el metro de Consolação, varias opciones para comer, en la esquina esta la Padaria Bella Paulista que tiene buenisimas opciones para comer las 24 horas y se puede ir caminando hasta la Oscar Freire, el masp y varios shopping. El cuarto y hotel muy limpio. Excelente Hotel, volveremos. LLegamos a las 7 am de la mañana despues de un viaje de toda la noche y no nos permitiron entrar a la habitacion solo despues de las 14 Hrs. El tapete del cuarto esta viejo seria bueno cambiarlo
