Great position, very close to Bella Paulista for an excellent breakfast, nice rooms

Room And bathroom could be cleaned far better and with more attention, too much light in the rooms in early morning, reception staff helpful but unable to print out a document following to precise instructions

    Cleanliness bed front door service.

restaurant evening meal was counted the same price as room service. I thought I was saving some money to eat in the restaurant...not true. For a modern hotel there are surprisingly few electric outlets, for modern travelers with iphone, ipads, and computers.

The second night I got a room on the 5th floor. Wi fi worked great, beds were comfortable and the shower had a proper glass door. Breakfast was fairly good.

The first night I got a room in the first floor. The shower had a curtain and all the water came out and flooded the entire bathroom. This was no fun. The wi fi in the room didn't work. The reception was pretty bad. The beds in this room was awkwardly set up in the room. Pretty bad room overall.

WiFi is not really free. Free WiFi is very slow 64k only and disconnects regularly. You one terminal allowed ( you can not use ipad and iphone simultaneously) Faster (standard modern day internet) is payable.

    Location was great.

The rate for the room was over priced compared to surrounding hotels. Internet wifi was an absolute dread. Front desk speaks very little English so if there are any problems and you don't know Portuguese, you are in trouble. The hallways are very very small. The hotel was very comparable to a European hotel, not an American 4 Star hotel as it is touted and as assumed by the rate.

Staff ! Friendly , Courteous and helpful. First they gave a free late check out till 14:00hrs, then Helped to arrange a extra late check out at half the rate untill 18:00hrs pm, I thought this was a great service! Made our last day in Sao Paulo a great experience as we could relax and not worry about our late flight. Rooms are nicely decorated and supplied, tea coffee making, Iron and Board, great beds, comfy clean and stytlish! Bar was reasonably priced and food and the bar man man was great ! Doormen all were happy, chatty , and friendly. Accommodation in a fantastic area, Check out Rua Augusta for a London Camden esc experience! Then you also have the metro and the Paulista Avenue extremely close

Pretty great place, I wouldnt say I did'nt like but I would recommend - Sauna room needs a bucket and ladle to poor water on the hot coals, to make the sauna hot. Maybe access to switch on Jets in the pool? If they have them. Some better Dumbell weights for the gym

Large rooms, comfortable beds and linen. Toiletry amenities. Professional and efficient staff.

The hot water flow is too weak when you take a shower. If you are noise sensitive you should ask for a room far from the elevators: you can hear other guests talking in the corridor as if they were right inside your room.

Perfect location! Everything was very satisfactory... Polite staff, helpful; even provided free internet for 4 pieces of equipment.

Internet was just a bit slow, but it was free; I think we could have paid for faster connections

The best bed I had in weeks. Couldn't get out until nine in,the morning. the room was nicely furnished with wooden, functional desks and table, I loved the wooden floor. All hotels in the world should have that. Bathroom was perfect!

The WiFi was just terrible. But that was all. This hotel is perfect.

Great location, just located next to avenida paulista and the nightlife around. There is however limited noise as the nightlife happens one street away. The rooms are nice and clean, good view if you go for one of the top rooms. If you come by car they offer vallet-parking service and garage for 18 reais a day which is a very fair price.

They advertise FREE WIFI, but when you check in you find out that the FREE Internet connection is almost useless. It takes minutes to do simple tasks like email checking. They offer an expensive (BRL 40 / day) high speed connection that you find out only after you have booked and check in at the hotel. Not fair at all.
