Tryp São Paulo Paulista Hotel    

Location very near to metro consalocao - station for transfer therefore excellent. Feel safe in this area. Close to a 24 hour restaurant. Good breakfast.

Staff spoke little English but tries hard to help. Air conditioning and ventilation of room could be improved.

Great location, everything is new (furnitures, appliances, bedclothes), nice breakfast.

The internet speed is too slow, at there are many places is the room that are "blind spots"

Dirty and smelly room. Very bad standard for price. Check in staff very slow and seemed oblivious to my concerns. When I asked for a room change as the room smelled bad and the room safe was missing, reception staff never returned my call until I went down stairs to reception to complain in person.

They only had two people in reception during busy check out times and I have to wait over 30 minutes to do it.

I liked the location,ıt was close to the shopping etc,breakfast was good,the room was clean.

The room size was very small and we booked superior twın room,nobody dıdn't care this,and probably they gave standart room and charged superor room fee,

- Staff incredibly helpful and friendly (special commendation to Renan and Camilla at the front desk) - Room was comfortable and clean - Ironing board and iron provided - Easy access to Avendida Paulista and Augusta (if you are into Sao Paulo nightlife)

- Gym okay, not great - Pool and sauna was not available as they were being serviced

The internet is too slow and there are some rooms that are out of the wi-fi coverage.

One thing that is very good about the Tryp is its location, near the subway station at Paulista avenue.

The internet is not free all the time.

All was ok

English speaking staff, kind and efficent. - Hotel location. - Value for money (in SanPa) for the rate I got. - Breakfast included. - 3 lifts.

Free internet (wifi & cable) speed connection is poor (same problem of many other hotels in SanPa), did not purchase the "business" version 'cause the cost charged is an abuse (faster w USB dongle).

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast offering was also very good.

Loved everything about the hotel and will definetely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought the standard of the bedrom was exceptional. We liked the provision of a duvet and ironing board and iron. The shower was also extremely effective. Breakfast was also excellent value with a very wide choice of food.

The Tryp Paulista was an excellent value. Everything was top notch. I'd definitely stay here when I'm in Sao Paulo again and I will look for Tryp hotels for future stays in other cities.

Nothing; the two days I spent there was not able to work through internet due to the poor, very poor system in the hotel; asked and asked the problem to be solve but they were not able to do so and made me waste many hours unnecessarily, I do not forget neither forgive that. Juli Cesar, employed in charge was kind but without the solution

Hotel located in a clam street but very close to Paulista avenue, spacious modern room, excellent breakfast, free internet

Internet is very slow

Location is great! Walkable to Av Paulista, the subway, masp and right next to the delicious-looking a Bella Paulista. Bakery/restaurant. More importantly, we felt that we were in a safe neighbourhood.

Reception staff can be a little more attentive and efficient. Room clean up to be done earlier in the day. Allow late check-out.

Everything excellent. Good value.

Wireless could be faster.

minha reserva não estava confirmada, e tive certos problemas no checck-in e check-out me causando constragimento. de resto tudo otimo.

Da Localização.

Os quartos estão muito antigos. Tive uma estádia de 6 dias nesse hotel e foi muito ruim! O ar condicionado do meu quarto quebrou a noite não tinha ninguem para consertar e ninguem me deu atenção nenhuma. Tive que trocar de quarto 2 vezes por problemas na central de ar. O serviço de quarto é super precário, pedí 1 lençol, a atendente disse que não havia mais no hotel. Outro dia, pedí novamente e a pessoa levou uma fronha de travesseiro. Os funcionários são frios, não se prestam a resolver os impasses. Não vou retornar de jeito nenhum a esse hotel!

Ausencia de sinal de wireless sem fio no quarto ,mesmo após a reclamação ao setor responsável. Consta que o serviço existe. Café da manha muito caro! Preferi tomar cafe fora.

Mon dernier séjour (15 au 20/04/2013), a été catastrophique. Un voyage international pour des affaires au Brésil et l’hôtel a eu un problème d’internet pendant toute la durée de mon séjour. J’ai eu des pertes considérables, concernant les contacts et les échanges d’informations, qui sont la base de mon affaire, et l’hôtel n’a rien fait. J’ai eu un mot d’excuse. Impardonnable et décevante.
