Wonderful peaceful hotel in the best location on the island if you want peace and quiet. The beach is great, the bungalows very good, the staff excellent and the whole experience was fantastic. We enjoyed going out to the mangrove swamps, out to the reef to snorkel, riding horses on the beach and a visit to Garapua.
Excellent location: Relax for sure. Excellent facilities. Excellent service received from the staff. Excellent restaurant and tropical juices. Excellent beach next to the bungalows. Excellent relaxing massage received in the SPA.
WI-FI signal could be improved. The signal was too low in bungalow 1.
Beautiful lay out of separate accommodations... amazing food and beautiful beach view ... small heaven hidden away in the forest
Too far from city center, but there are taxis provided by the hotel, but not past mid night, bathrooms need redoing, very weak wifi... alot of mosquitoes
The four-poster bed that protects you from mosquitoes and the bungalow with a hammock and jacuzzi !! Possibility to go in the down town with a private car. Beach Area well-equipped, excellent fruit juices and pleasant food non too much expensive, very nice staff... a great location to relax with a bit of romance!
wifi did not work in our bungalow, missing a chair or small cabinet to be used as support or to place the suitcase
wi fi and many mosquito
We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the daytrip to Garapua
I can't say enough about this place. Myself and my wife went here on our honeymoon. The room was perfect, a small villa with the bedroom on a loft. We had a hammock for relaxing on the front porch. The beach is directly in front of the property and only 50 meters from the door of our villa. The restaurant has incredible food, some of the best I've had anywhere in the world for both lunch and breakfast. There are enough loungers and beds to lie out in the sun. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they accommodate you right away with any request you have. There is a regular transfer schedule where their land rover brings you from the resort to Morro de São Paulo which takes about 25 mins. This is good because there is nothing around you, no shops, bars etc. just a few other hotels...you're completely secluded away and have the beach to yourself and a few other guests.
There are a lot of Mosquitos but they provide a lot of bug spray for your to spray all over the room.
Quiet and peaceful. The grounds are very pretty and you get a feeling of tropical paradise. The bungalow is spacious and fairly well appointed. The beach outside the resort makes for beautiful sunset walks.
1) The approach is very laid back. If you're spending time on the beach, don't expect anyone to attend to you - if you need drinks, towels or other you'll have to get up and get them yourself. 2) The waiting staff don't speak a word of English - impossible to communicate the most basic needs beyond pointing at an item on the menu. 3) The quality of the food was OK but not great. 4) The bed was uncomfortable - too sunken, mattress felt completely worn out. 5) Complimentary water bottles should be provided as there is no other way to get water that is safe to drink. 6) It is impossible to swim in the sea - the water is too shallow. In the morning, with low tides, the water won't even reach your ankles.
Great rooms Jacuzzi Pool Relaxing Secluded beach
No supermarket or shops nearby to get water or snacks
GORGEOUS!!! Best Restaurant in Morro.
Great is the friendly staff and the location. We were lucky and had the first bungalow (No. 1) direct at the sea side - fantastic view and quite. Breakfast was good but Espresso you have to pay seperately. We had dinner each night and appreciated the great cookings.
The whirlpool was not working and when we arrived we had to wait one hour for the driver to pick us up from the second beach - the communication about our arrival was done properly before....
Amazing location, beautiful pool and accommodation. Very relaxing and there are massive crabs everywhere
Mosquitos and the catamaran boat from Salvador.
Magique beach ! Beautiful Pool ! Great Bungalows-suite,fantastic restaurant and perfect service!
A paradise for couples, with a lovely staff! Perfect for rest and tranquility. We had a great time, thanks lot to all staff, so kind and helpful.
the hotel could provide kayaks, dive mask, for example...aquatic sport, so the guests will have more options for the whole day, and better enjoy that paradise.
Amazing experience, loved everything about this hotel.
Nice staff! Very nice rooms! Great breakfast and nice dinner options. Great peacefull and romantic place. I would go back definitely!
The water of the swimming pool is warm
the hotel is really well done with a lot of taste, minimalist but with all comfort. the staff was also very kind and friendly particularly in the restaurant. the swimming pool surrounded by lush garden was gorgeous and also the private jacuzzi
the trip on the 4x4 to the hotel was uncomfortable as you can easily hit your head due to car ceiling due to the bumps. the wifi needed to be renewed every 10 hours, this was not great.
The staff were amazingly helpful, fun and professional. Quim was a superb manager, nothing too much trouble.
The rooms lack a bit of soft furnishing/colour
