Rooms were comfortable and the staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Though I was on a non-smoking floor, one of the guests smoked continuously and the smell of his smoke was annoying. The hotel staff needs to enforce the non-smoking rules. |

Rooms are spacious, when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the ocean. Breakfast and dinner are great. I would stay at this place again, easy to get to the historic part, near to Barra beaches, restaurants and shopping complex. The windows didn`t close so the room got humid. |

Good breakfast, location, friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning room. Was problem with English in reception and little with payment. They forgot that the taxes included in our price. Other staff don't understant english totally. |

The staff and location were excellent. We were upgraded to the best rooms in the hotel at no extra cost. |

Wifi now works in rooms, spectacular laundry service, good security and general staff attitudes. Well managed hotel. Pool-side could be better. Limited drinks and food selection. Pool bar closes at 6pm. Water in pool hurts eyes. Deckchairs placed together like sardines when the is plenty of space for better placement. |

O quarto do Hotel tem um otimo espaco e a cama e super king size. perfeito, pois dormiu eu, meu marido e meu babe de 9 meses. Sim, levei minha filha um dia para a piscina e estava muito surja! pelo preco das diarias esperava mais do Hotel. |

Gostei das acomodações, que são bem amplas e novas. Houve demora no atendimento, especialmennte na área da piscina que dispõe de pouca área ao seu redor, onde faltam cadeiras, toalhas e bebida gelada para um clima que necessita. |

wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick und es war alles so wie wir es bestellt hatten.Wir waren freudig überrascht über die Größe der Suite. Das Hotel lag direkt am Meer und wir fanden es schade, dass das Hotel keine Balkone hatte, wo man am Abend draußen sitzen konnte. |
