Breakfast was pretty good although most of the time half of the food was missing. The huge amount of people in the hotel was just too much for the employees.

The floor in our room was broken (as it seemed already quite a while ago) and never repaired. The toilet didn't work on the first day. At breakfast you always had to wait for the food. Hotel staff were really friendly but just speak Portuguese and a little Spanish. It's a nice hotel but for sure not 5 stars and luxury!!!

Staff were friendly although most people do not speak English which is typical of most Brazil. Room was clean and comfortable and of a good standard. Pool was warm. Breakfast reasonable. Good value as we got a smart deal.

Location is not brilliant but Salvador is stretched out on the coast. This hotel is next to the sea set in a side street so quiet but no passing taxis etc. if you want a good beech it's not here and is a long way from the old town. On reflection this hotel is too far from the old town if this is what you want to see.

This hotel is central, food is excellent, a very nice swimming pool in front of the sea.

This hotel is ranked 5 stars but frankly should have 3 maximum. 45 minutes minimum to receive a Club-Sandwich at the pool, a training room with bad equipements, any request to the staff executed with delay and without smile. I complain to the Manager in charge one or two times; he did his best but frankly, General Manager is either very bad or they should review their staff and explain them that they are working in a hotel where ghests can have requests. For those, who are used to 5 stars hotel in Europe, this hotel is definitively not to be recommenced.

The hotel offered everything you could want to a very good standard, at a very reasonable price. The room was clean, modern and spacious. It did overlook a building site across the street, but that is a temporary situation anyway, and you could upgrade to a sea-view for not much more. The restaurant was excellent, and again very good value, with a a very wide range to choose from at breakfast. We also ate there in the evening as it had a good choice of well-prepared salads and main courses and also there are few restaurants in the immediate area. The staff are very friendly and mostly quite efficient. There is a swimming-pool and bar area that is not very big, but quite adequate, and well-maintained.

Liked just about everything. The location is a little secluded and you need to take a bus or taxi for a short ride to busier areas, but that also makes the hotel quite peaceful.

I liked everything specially the view that you have when you have breakfast in front of the sea is wanderfull. I loved it

However on seaside, no direct access to the beach. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi was cold.

Took me 20 minutes to check in. And others 15 to check out. The apartaments are quite big, but they would be better with new lcd/led tv´S.

The hotel is well located on the rocky coast of Salvador, within walking distance of a good beach and a reasonable cab fare to the old city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and somewhat varied from day to day, and served in a nice room with sweeping views of the sea. The beds we comfortable and everything in the bathrooms did too. The pool and sun decks are on the south (shady in winter months) side of the building, interestingly, and seemed well maintained.

The hotel is somewhat faded in its glory: not all the equipment in the exercise room worked, the batteries in our room door lock finally gave up and needed replacing before we could leave one day (which was done very promptly, at least), and the painting, maintenance and cleaning needed better attention to detail.

The room was big and the swimming pool was ok. Bus stop is pretty close and you can catch a bus to beaches, pelourinho etc.

There was alot of construction sites around the hotel and the hotel itself was under some kind of renovation. The sauna was not working and the staff did not speak english(pretty normal in brazil). The beaches are far from the hotel(2km). There is no restaurants or bars near the hotel. The sauna was not working.

Comfort of the room and the attention of the people, except for the reception.

The hotel was under works, without any previous warning. The reception was poor. The windows were dirty. We walk under the rain to go to take the breakfast. There was no tea cups for the breakfast. The restaurant and the bar is of bad quality. The reception was made at the back of the hotel and trhere was just one person to attend all the people that arrived!

Large room, excellent location.

The hotel lobby was under renovation during my stay, however I was not aware of that when I booked it. As a result, I stayed at a 5 star hotel with no hot water for 2 days, drippings around the restaurant, broken elevators, no reception desk at all and dust all over the place. The staff was desperately trying to cover up for the management failures. Bad experience. It is a total lack of respect with guests not to advise them about the ongoing renovation work.

The jacuzzi and sauna never worked

Alimentação muito boa. Frutas frescas, pratos quentes e garçons atenciosos. Buffet variado, principalmente no jantar.

Para um hotel executivo, o serviço de Wi-Fi é desprezível. Sinal gratuito somente no lobby. Existe a opção de sinal dedicado mediante a pagamento que é tão ruim quanto o gratuito. O sinal oscila , chegando até a ficar sem, mesmo estando no lobby. Em alguns andares simplesmente não há disponibilidade de sinal.

O quarto é confortável e com uma vista linda para o mar. O café da manhã é farto, diversificado e saboroso.

Apesar de 2 pessoas hospedadas o quarto só disponibilizou um roupão. Pedi à recepção um roupão e um cobertor que não foi entregue. Às 9h acordei com alguem tentando abri a porta e era do serviço de lavanderia.

Manutenção dos quartos deveria ser melhor, principalmente o banheiro. Café da manhã deixou a desejar.

Pela manhã, por volta das 8:30h, não havia água quente no banheiro e muito menos na ducha, com a lamentável desculpa de que a 'chaminé' poderia ter se desligado(?). Economia barata...

Minha estadia foi bem curta, mas gostei muito das acomodações!!!

O hotel não tem 5 estrelas! é um hotel que tem 10 anos e esta precisando de renovação. A equipe é esforçada, méritos do mensageiro que foi o mais esforçado em nos auxiliar nas orientações do mapa. Cafe da manha razoável. Boa localização em rua calma com uma bonita vista para o mar.

Piorou de um ano pra cá principalmente com relação a conservação.

Da vista maravilhosa do mar, ficamos na suíte farol com banheira de hidromassagem. Uma suíte bem espaçosa, cama muito confortável, banheira maravilhosa.

Da infiltração. Estava chovendo e entrava água pela janela, se formou uma poça de água no chão e molhou as cortinas, mas tenho certeza que este problema já deve ter sido solucionado.
