Good breakfast, location, friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning room. Was problem with English in reception and little with payment. They forgot that the taxes included in our price. Other staff don't understant english totally. |

Wifi now works in rooms, spectacular laundry service, good security and general staff attitudes. Well managed hotel. Pool-side could be better. Limited drinks and food selection. Pool bar closes at 6pm. Water in pool hurts eyes. Deckchairs placed together like sardines when the is plenty of space for better placement. |

the hotel is really nice and in a great position. the rooms are confortable, the service is great there's no wi-fi inside the rooms, the staff is a little bit too slow |

Soggiornavamo in una suite con bella vista oceano (Non spiaggia ma scogliera non raggiungilbile), camera molto spaziosa e pulita, anche se il mobilio non era molto moderno. Petali di rosa sul letto al nostro arrivo per luna di miele. Musica dal vivo per l'aperitivo Richiesto con insistenza pagamento anticipato all'arrivo anche se non necessario. Lo staff - anche alla reception - non parla inglese... inaccettabile per un 5 stelle. Posizione vicina a tutti gli hotel internazionali, ma lontana dal centro. Obbligo utilizzo taxi per raggiungere qualsiasi meta anche se vicina |

De ontvangst was behoorlijk, het ontbijt viel mee, maar kon ook beter, de eerste kamer was een ramp ! Ik heb onmiddellijk om een nieuwe kamer verzocht en deze was in orde. De properheid van de kamer was een echte ramp. Ook veel lawaai tijdens de nacht, de kamer bevond zich niet aan de zeekant. De ontvangst was ook niet te hartelijk. |

úNica e exclusivamente do café-da-manhã. Fora isso o hotel jamais deveria ser classificado como um 5 estrelas. Costumo me hospedar sempre em hoteis de 5 estrelas, mas esse deveia ser classificado como um hotel de cidade pequena de interior. Aluguei uma das melhores suites. Cheguei cedo. Demorei mais de uma hora na recepção e nem ao menos nos ofereceram uma água ou café. Vocês deveriam fazer um treinamento no hotel J. mariott no rio e ver como os funcionários tratam os hóspedes. Solicitei cochas e toalhas e só depois de 1 dia, quando reclamei é que foram me atender. |

serviço de quarto. solicitamos sopa para o jantar. foi servido uma pequena porção com uma colher gigante que mal cabia na tijela, foi hilárioe para completar, sem torrada ou pão. O preço cobrado não justifica jamais o pedido. nos sentimos lesados. |

Villa gale est un excellent hotel, sur salvador de bahia, je recommande a 200%!!!! il est de plus situe a proximite de la ville et tres calme a la fois, le personnel est tres tres sympathique et le bruit de l,ocean.......pour dormir....le reve! Non!! J,ai teste d,autres hotels, sofitel, bahia othon palace.....je retournerai a villa gale! 6 etoiles!! |
