Rooms were comfortable and the staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Though I was on a non-smoking floor, one of the guests smoked continuously and the smell of his smoke was annoying. The hotel staff needs to enforce the non-smoking rules. |

Rooms are spacious, when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the ocean. Breakfast and dinner are great. I would stay at this place again, easy to get to the historic part, near to Barra beaches, restaurants and shopping complex. The windows didn`t close so the room got humid. |

Good breakfast, location, friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning room. Was problem with English in reception and little with payment. They forgot that the taxes included in our price. Other staff don't understant english totally. |

Wifi now works in rooms, spectacular laundry service, good security and general staff attitudes. Well managed hotel. Pool-side could be better. Limited drinks and food selection. Pool bar closes at 6pm. Water in pool hurts eyes. Deckchairs placed together like sardines when the is plenty of space for better placement. |

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, funcionários ótimos e acomodações muito confortáveis. Apenas peca pela sala de ginástica, meio abandonada. A relação custo X benefício vale a pena. A sala de ginástica, apesar de bem equipada estava abandonada, com equipamentos não funcionando e sem qualquer pessoa no cal para orientar o hóspede. |

O confôrto, a vista, a comida, o local são excelentes. Ficamos na suíte frente mar! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos! O menu do serviço no ap não coincidiu com o disponível na cozinha. O garagista perdia a chave do carro e deixava-o no sol. As xícaras faltam o tempo todo durante o serviço café da manhã, se aumentar a mesa cabe mais xícaras e acaba com o transtôrno. Deve ter sempre alguém limpando a área da piscina, o piso e mesas, pois, ficam guardanapos e copos no chão, desagradável.... O telefone da recepção demora muito a atender . |

a localização do hotel é muito boa. o preço muito bom, em relação a outros hoteis de categoria inferior.A piscina tem uma vista deslumbrante. os quartos podiam ser modenizados.O hotel é classificado como hotel de luxo, mas precisa de uma boa reforma e um super treinamento dos funcionários para ser enquadrado com tal. Os funcionários da recepção, principalmente na hora do check out, precisam de mais treinamamento. |

Localização do hotel. O atendimento não faz justiça a bandeira do hotel, poucos funcionários para a quantidade de hospedes e mostraram-se desmotivados e não qualificados. Saturados por uma demanda que não conseguem atender não dão qualidade aos serviços que prestam de forma burocrática e intolerante. Problemas com a qualidade da comida (café da manhã) e de manutenção. Percebe-se mais uma preocupação com segurança do que com a satisfação dos clientes. |
