Within walking distance to several interesting things.
Lots of homeless people in the streets after dark (I don't have a proble with that, but some may feel a little incomfortable) If you are going to stay here for some time, there are better options for the same price level in the area
Wifi was good and the staff were friendly.
Location was average. The hotel was not as nice as other hotels and it's only a little cheaper.
Proximity to metro
Under than basic not been redone for decades. No soap no shampoo. Drizzling shower hardly working. Impossible bathroom on top of toilet and sink. Wifi not working in room. Bad neighborhood unpleasant at dusk. Breakfast was supposed to open at 7. Waited until 7:30 for minimal breakfast. Woman at desk indifferent cared most of her mobile phone not the guests troubles. Don't go there.
Located near SE Metro station (trainstation) , Hot shower
Breakfast was a little poor, no meat or eggs, no fruit. just som bread with jelly, some biscuits and a little youghurt and some coffe and juice.
People of brazil are grate and helping others even they dont know english..i love to visit again.. And stay in same hotel even.
I need ac in that hotel I used to stay all time in aircondition in saudia arabia ..so even the weather was good in sao paulo ,but if there was a aircondition (ac) it will be better for all geusts..
Dirty room, used condom in my wardrobe.
Only good things are location, city centre, wifi and the nice woman receptionist who understands little bit English with big painted eyelashes. The 1 who DOES NOT understand English at all, does not know duties of a receptionist.
None speaks English except 1 guy, speaks little bit English. The building is very old ran down, smelling pee all the corridor. I guess owner just bought few months ago and painted it just for the World Cup. Very noisy street, no glass window, just the wooden door opening for fresh air. The door does not properly close so no lock, in this cold weather the room was very cold. An old blanket similar to those used by street living people is provided. Only 1 old towel provided, no soap or anything of that sort. Breakfast is the worst ever seen in my life. No egg, no cereal, no tea, no fruit....just bread, coffee, watery youghart and small packet of crackers with 2 inside. Myself n other tourists we were so mad that Bookings.com does not inspect randomly these hotels 1st before advertising them on the website. The picture is different from reality, no rugs next to beds or in the bathroom to use after shower. This place is health hazard, MUST be Closed NOW.
When you do not go on the street allone after 8 the location is the best you could have, in the center near the metrostation etc.
1 nice woman and one man speak English but the other people not.
