Staff prompt to serve and willing to help, also very knowledgeable about getting around the city by any mean of transportation. On requests, specify what you wish and they eill be sure you'll get what you order to the detail (off course upon availability). |

El edificio donde está instalado, una muestra de la hermosa arquitectura del siglo pasado en Rio de Janeiro. Las vistas de la terraza.Su centralidad, me encantó recorrer el centro de Rio; alberga maravillas arquitectónicas, museos fascinantes, etc, etc. El transporte a todos lados muy accesible. La decoración un poco demodé en las areas comunes ( el restaurant, por ej.con flores artificiales) que opacan la arquitectura estructural. Sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el hotel es nuevo. Los cuartos también tienen algunos detalles un poco antiguos (colchas estampadas). Pero bueno, es una cuestión de gusto. |

Gostei do conforto do hotel em geral, e da simpatia dos seus funcionários. A localização não é próxima às atracções mais "sonantes" do Rio, e os funcionários da recepção não possuem muita informação relativa a sugestões sobre restaurantes e afins. |

Gostei da localização, conforto, atendimento! Seria muito apropriado um convênio com estacionamento que se encontra ao lado do hotel, isso facilitaria muito mais e abriria oportunidades para um consumo maior no próprio hotel, já que reduziria o custo com o estacionamento!!! |

La sua ubicazione consente l'accesso immediato al centro storico della città ed alle pulsanti attività commerciali e finanziarie; la sua contiguità con la stazione Cinelandia del metro consente, inoltre, di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro di Copacabana e la sua spiaggia, nonché, con i frequentissimi mezzi di superficie, anche Ipanema, Leblon e gli altri luoghi di maggiore interesse... L'impossibilità - mi auguro del tutto temporanea - di stampare documenti dalla rete, nonostante il prodigarsi dello staff ed in particolare del general manager mr. Santos. |

Très bon acceuil, personnel de réception très souriant,serviable et efficace. Propreté impeccable de la chambre, et ceçi pendant les 7 nuits de mon sèjour. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est aussi complet à 6 heures qu'à 9.30 heures, avec un bon service. Très peu de chambres ont la vue indiquée sur la photo, mais sans grande importance pour moi, mais j'aurai préfére une chambre single, plutôt qu'une chambre avec trois lits. |
