We were very happy with the friendly staff an their tolerance for our lack of Portuguese speaking ability. Bit disappointed with the sauna being unavailable at such a time and the cost per night was a little excessive, however across the board it was similar due to the time of year. We were happy with the comfort level especially as it was the end of a busy trip and we wanted to relax. Thanks Being on holidays, the potential for things to come up unexpected is high, the inability to change our dates or cancel without incurring the full cost of the stay anyway was a little confining, very glad we made it there however.

I liked the hotel, nothing to complain at all but there are two downs: After dark hotel is not in the safest place, you should be carefull. The price is to high for what is offered. I have paid almost usd160 for better hotels around the globe.

Bem localizado, ótima infraestrutura, funcionários gentis e eficientes Senti falta de abatjour no quarto, as luzes dicróicas embutidas no teto esquentam o ambiente. As 2 cadeiras disponíveis no quarto são frágeis.

Quarto limpo, confortável. Banheiro muito espaçoso. Café da manhã excelente na variedade e qualidade. Funcionários felizes com o que fazem sempre disponíveis. óTima localização para ir ao Consulado Americano (5 minutos caminhando). Para caminhar o parque do Flamengo ao lado e ver o nascer do sol. Evitar andares altos (últimos tres): ruído do elevador é bem forte. Não me perguntaram se eu ara fumante e fiquei em um quarto fumante, que felizmente não tinha cheiro. Prefiro os hoteis tabaco free.

Qualidade do hotel, preço bom atendimento, bom café da manha Localização, apesar de estar muito proximo a Lapa, a mesma rua após uns 50m esta muito escuro o que causa um certo medo aos turistas que tentam caminhar por aquela zona.

Cama de matrimonio inmensa. Habitaciones amplias. Bien situado con coche del hotel que servía de taxi. Un buffet de desayunos variadísimo y todo riquísimo, grandes cantidades. El uso de internet no es gratuito. Se pagan 25 reales por día o 0,16 cts por minuto. Y además la señal no es muy buena, por lo que resulta lento. En época de gran ocupación (nosotros estuvimos en nochevieja) el salón de desayunos resulta pequeño, y es frecuente tener que hacer cola para entrar en el salón de desayunos.

Gostei de tudo, sou portuguesa e passamos 6 meses em Fortaleza, mas este ano pensei passar o natal e o reveillon com família que mora no Rio de Janeiro. Os preços em Copacabana estavam super inflacionados e então encontrei no vosso site o Astúrias e apesar de também estar inflacionado era mais económico. Reservei, com algumas reservas da minha parte porque conheço o Rio há muitos anos e conhecia o local onde o hotel está situado, e não me arrependi de jeito nenhum. Recomendo a todos como opção para conhecerem a cidade histórica.

La situación del Hotel es buena, cerca de Lapa y muy centrico, cerca del metro cinelandia, restaurante muy bueno calidad/precio, limpieza bien, personal bien. LLamadas telefono al exterior un atraco, carisimo, ni se os ocurra..., Personal no saben hablar Español.
