- Very helpfull staff - Nice rooms (in fact the design is not so "modern" but it's more than ok - Nice pool on the roof - Very good breakfast - Good windows = no traffic noise in the room - Nice location on the Barra beach - The only problem is a big distance to the city center. Due to the traffic you need to spend an hour in a taxi to get there.

The location is fantastic. So is the service at the beach in front of the hotel. Great breakfast and reasonable size room with a view to the ocean. Quick elevators. Easy access to the beach with towels, and chair at the sand. Perfect. Price is a bit too high but maybe I just got the costly season (Carnival).

Just in front of nice beach-safe area decoration of the hotel is not modern. Photo of your site shows swimming pool in front of sea. Actually swimming pool is on top roof of the hotel and you need to cross the street to reach the beach. Hamam is dirty. Breafast buffet is not at the level of such hotel. hotel offer taxis but two times more expensive than standard taxi ! I will not go back to this hotel

Localização, limpeza, arrumação, conforto, organização, simpatia dos empregados. No chech in a empregada comunicou upgrade da reserva, fiquei muito feliz, porém fui direcionado para uma suite maior porém fundos lateral. Eu tinha reservado suite de frente para o mar. Questionei e fui encaminhado para a suite de frente imediatamente, sem problemas.

Cafe da manha Atendimento das barracas na praia deixaram os clientes todos de pe por mais de uma hora esperando as barracas por falta de funcionarios e ma vontade dos que estavam atendendo os hospedes nao e a primeira vez que isto acontece comigo nas outras vezes que eu hospedei neste hotel foi o mesmo atendimento ruim na praia, em compensação na piscina sempre otimo atendimento

Gostamos mto deste hotel, tanto que é a terceira vez que nos hospedamos lá. Alem de ser mto confortavel, sedia os eventos que participamos. A piscina que fica na cobertura tem um visual incrivel. Cafe da manha excelente. Vale a pena! Sugestão: no quarto poderia ter uma cafeteria, faz falta...

Os quartos são extremamente limpos. A camareira que nos atendeu, Maria Luisa (ou Maria Lucia) extremamente honesta. Teve um dia que esqueci minha aliança de brilhantes no quarto fora do cofre e ela simplesmente nem tocou. Funcionária de extrema confiança que o hotel deve preservar. Muito simpática também. A piscina do hotel deixa um pouco a desejar. Além de pequena, fica no terraço, onde venta muito. A do Sheraton Barra é bem melhor, especialmente para quem vai com crianças.

O tamanho do quarto, o banheiro, a limpeza. O café da manhã é excelente. Durante os cinco dias que fiquei a piscina somente foi aquecida um dia. Apesar de vários hóspedes terem solicitado o aquecimento, nenhum funcionário tomou providëncias. Os porteiros do hotel tentam agenciar os taxistas cobrando um valor muito mais alto do que o de mercado. Ex. Um taxi que vocë mesmo pega para o aeroporto custa 70 reais. No hotel custa 120.
