Eén extra kind tot 10 jaar oud mag gratis in de kamer verblijven, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Eén extra kind tot 2 jaar oud mag gratis in de kamer verblijven, babybedje inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen 25% van het kamertarief per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

The hotel is right on Copacabana beach, close to a subway station. Seats and towels for the beach are provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. At least the rooms on the top floors are quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Buffet style with a wide choice of fruits, breads, eggs, etc. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and most speak good English. |

I enjoyed my stay very much and found that everything was comparable to what you would expect from an International Hotel I only stayed for one night so there was no time for likes or dislikes. However I must say that the Breakfast was excellent. |

Very much enjoyed the Windsor Excelsior Copacabana. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the rooftop pool and bar was a great place to hang out with excellent views of Copacabana. The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. |

lifts are excellent and fast. breakfast was always very good. ALL the staff (really all of them) were always very courteous and i felt all my belonging were safe. when i stay in other hotels i always take my passport and wallet out with me, i dont even trust the safes; not here. even when i moved rooms, the staff brought things i forgot to my new room. excellent wifi internet facility. first room i stayed in on the 12th floor was too noisy from the machinery/swimming pool engine/airconditioner. got moved to the 10th floor which was better, but windows facing the beach had restricted stay which limited the views one could get. and the walls felt i tad thin. i could easily hear people in the corridor and coughing from the other room. |

The hotel was great, we timed it well because all the football players were staying in the hotel at the same time which added to the experience. The pool and bar on the roof is ideal to relax and gives you a fantastic view of Copacabana. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and more than sets up for the day. The hotel use their on taxi drivers but you can get cabs just across the road and they are a little cheaper (not a lot but enough). |

Not all rooms have drawers for putting clothes away - storage is limited. Shower needs more space to put bottles and things...no handle bar, no wash cloths |

Rooms made up any time of day. Great breakfast but same every day. Attempted to give me 2 rooms that were of lesser standard than thought. 3Rd choice was a little better (faced the beach). No coffee/tea ability. Windows so dirty and only one that could open and then only 4 inches. |

On Copacabana. Excellent view of the sea - sugar loaf as well as Christ from roof top. Good swimming pool on roof top and service. Exellent buffet; Morning, lunch and dinner. Room was quite small |

Die Lage und das Essen sind ausgezeichnet. Das Personal dürfte etwas freundlicher sein. Mein Zimmer war gegenüber einer Wand, den Himmel konnte man nicht sehen. Stimmt mit dem Preis nicht überein. Der Koffer eines Mitreisenden wurde von der Aufbewahrung an eine falsche Person abgegeben. Wir wissen nicht, ob er wieder zurück kommt. |
