The complimentary breakfast was very good. The beds sucked. Badly. I'm accustomed to American hotels that almost always have queen sized beds, but my room had old, stiff twin sized beds. I don't know if that's the standard in Brazil for a single traveler but whether it is or not it sucked.

Very good location in centre of Rio. Staff and food were excellent. Loved pool on the roof. The room was very small with no view and building work outside. Loved the pool but additional new building blocked some of the view. Expected more for the cost.

O velho/novo Flórida cresceu muito. Serviços e conforto tangenciam o que é cobrado, acho até que estão aquém. Mas há pontos que continuam excelentes como a localização e o serviço dos garagistas. Vou pensar 2 vezes se retorno ao Flórida, há alternativas muito próximas bem mais em conta e com qualidade de serviços e conforto muito semelhantes.

Hospedo-me no Flórida há mais de dez anos. A reforma da piscina ficou ótima e, certamente, a reforma do restaurante idem. A Academia poderia ter alguns halteres e máquinas um pouco mais modernas.

A cozinha é muito boa e não tem preços elevados, além das porções serem bem servidas e o trabalho de quarto dos garçons ser rápdo. A localização próximo ao Aterro do Flamengo permite conhecer e praticar esportes. Além disto tem acesso rápido à rua do Catete. Como minha empresa tem descontos no hotel, eu deveria ter jantar gratuito e internet. Como a compra foi pelo site Booking.com não me ofereceram tais serviços apesar de ter pago bem mais caro através do site. E estava a trabalho mas o hotel não abriu vagas para reservas de empresas. Outro problema era o ar condicionado que não permitia ajuste de temperatura e velocidade pois faltava botão no aparelho e não tinha controle remoto.

Em geral, tudo me agradou no hotel. O que não gostei no Hotel foi as acomodações do restaurante. é tão fechado, escuro e despreza a iluminação natural. Nem parece que a gente está na cidade maravilhosa do Rio de Janeiro, mais parece um bistrô francês ou pub inglês, de tão escuro. O carpete, também poderia ser substituído por cerâmina ou piso de madeira ou laminado. O que deve ter ácaros acumulados no carpete, dá medo só de pensar.

Hotel com ótima localização, próximo ao metrô, bons restaurantes, supermercados, funcionários atenciosos, hotel muito limpo, organizado, café da manhã muito bom, estacionamento gratuito, recomendo! Acho que a Internet deveria ser gratuita,considerando o valor da estadia!

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro and a street with shops and restaurants. Nice view from the roof. The room was small and not as clean as I would have liked. The front desk is slow and were not particularly nice. We stayed during a busy period and breakfast was always chaotic. It was very expensive for what it was.

Um bom hotel, respondeu as minhas expectativas p/ a passagem do ano, principalmente pela localizaçao proxima ao metro, p/ ver a queima de fogos em copacabana.Proximo aos pontos turísticos principais: corcovado e Cristo Redentor. Nao tenho nada a reclamar.

Gute Lage nahe Busstation und Metro. Extrem hilfsbereites Personal. üPpiges Frühstücksbuffet. Geräumiges, großes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Gute Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants und kurzer Weg ins historsiche Zentrum. W-lan ist kostenpflichtig. Das scheint nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Relativ laute Klimaanlage.
