I am taking a EMBA at FGV so the location of this hotel is ideal (one block from the campus). Saves on taxi fares and getting stuck in traffic. This hotel feels like a cheap motel but for 4 star hotel prices. Dissappointing!! The comparison I would make: paying Sheraton prices for motel 6 accommodations.

Nothing much. It was clean hotel, but not worth the price. Its centrally located to many places in Rio where you can catch a bus and go Not worth the 200 dollar a night we spent

Close to the International airport. Overprized, certainly not 4*. Staff at reception and at breakfast not friendly at all at the least. A/c in the room not working, had to call twice before they send technician. Business center : the internet was slow, not working properly, printer out of order and very expensive, however they did not charge after my 2nd complaint. We booked an executive room which includes an jacuzzi but I am pretty sure we were given a standard, again after complaining they reduced the price a bit, this without asking as they insist only a deluxe has an jacuzzi. Worst hotel we had in Brazil, pousada's are far better in service and comfort. We booked it because it was the only one left.

When I made my reservation through booking.com I get executive room - more spacious with jacuzzi. In fact executive room at this hotel is superior and no jacuzzi. But the did upgraded me foc. The staff is really helpful. This hotel by europeanean standard is not a 4* hotel, I'll consider him as a 3*. The location is poor, downtown, but at time of my reservation this was best available,

Location, the fantastic porter who showed us around to start with, the helpful staff as regards storing, taking in parcels for us, finding very fast taxis, and the general facilities.Breakfast was legendary! Internet access really let the place down. It should as a business hotel be free and easy to use as part of the price/ service. It was so bad, that they did not charge me the access fee. In our opinion the most important part of the day is post meetings when communications with the office are necessary, and emails can be sent without any difficulties. Wifi is cheap, and even if it is not fast, should be free.

The location is excellent in Centro - Downtown Rio. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really limited and doesn't cater to Muslim/Kosher requirements (so for example, they display plain omelet and omelet with ham in adjacent trays where guests keep using the same spoons to serve themselves, thus eventually the ham reaches the plain omelet). Also, there are no labels next to the trays, and most cold cuts are pork. It's also the same breakfast everyday so it gets boring after 2-3 days. There are limited toiletries (soap, shampoo, & conditioner) but you have to pay for extras like cotton buds!!

A localização é excelente.
