Scarcly furnished room, really not a 4 star hotel, more like a European 2-3 star. Scummy carpet in the hallways and breakfast room, tile floors, bathroom OK, and very loud room due to the fact that the windows are old single pane facing forward to the Copacabana side. Nice view though ;) |

The staff was very helpful, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the free internet made it possible for me to stay connected while in Rio. If you ask the receptionist to call ahead at the fabulous churrasquería, Carretao, on Siqueiro Campos Street (off of Atlantica), instead of just showing up on your own, you get a free caipirinha. This is not a 4-star hotel, though it is listed as such, nor is there a roof-top pool as suggested by the photo of this hotel. If you know that going in, it's not a problem. Also, do not let the hotel arrange for your taxi to the airport - that little arrangement runs you an extra 30 R. |

The location right next to the beach is perfect, and the view from the top terrace bar at the 16th floor is absoluty amazing When I checked in, they tried to charged a higher amount then the rate I got at booking.com. I was there with a friend, and they gave me some crap about the reservation only was for one person, although it was for two people. After showing them the receipt where it said clearly that it was booked for two people, I got the right price. |

Position on world famous beach, superb buffet breakfast in lovely restaurant with great views, very friendly and helpful staff, great views from top floor bar too. Only the two top floors had balconies - I was on the top floor. |

Friendly staff and good location: near the beach, and near the shopping areas. You should stay on 14th or 15th floor as both floor has rooms with veranda, and shower bath tub. other floor has poorer room facilities. I booked superior and my colleagues booked regular room. the hotel upgraded my colleagues to superior rooms, and gave better rooms (sea view) to them, while i got the side view room. |

Location, right in front of the beach. Breakfast is good enough. Superior rooms have views of Copacabana beach. Cleaniness y sub-standard. The staff almost lost 4 tickets for the sambodromo (nearly 1000€). Room service poor. Hotel needs an urgent re-modelation. |

the experience, it was like a time-travel back to the late 70's, they have valet parking apparently for free the rooms and overall the facilities should be renovated, the top-floor jacuzzi's water looked so dirty that we rather, did not use it, at room cleaning they did not always refill the basics so we run out of shampoo and even toilet paper (! |

Very well located towards Ipanema end of Copacabana. View from front rooms is the classic postcard shot of Copa beach. This comes at a cost though as traffic noise from Av Atlantica is load and constant. Very good breakfast and nice rooftop bar. No swimming pool but there are two spa baths on the roof, but I did not use as the water looked a bit suspect. |

Excellent location - right across from beach (hotel had its own tent for guests) and flea market; good service in restaurant/room service; free internet I asked for twin beds, but did not get request even after reception said they would arrange it. But I did not follow-up request because it didn't matter much. |

Do conforto do quarto, da limpeza, simpatia e disponíbilidade dos funcionários e do café da manhã. O barulho nocturno devido ao fraco acondicionamento acústico e não tiveram muita sorte na localização pois, apesar de estar muito bem situado relativamente à Av. Atlântica e muito próximo da praia, tem por outro lado uma favela muito, muito perto o que torna o ambiente nas imediações do hotel pouco confortável do ponto de vista da segurança. Contudo, não tivemos qualquer problema durante a nossa estadia. |
