Weinig redenen om tevreden te zijn. Het hotel is niet meer up to date. Kamers zijn oud en niet proper. Ontbijt is beperkt. Zwembad op het dak is nit groter dan een plonsbadje.Voor deze prijs kun ja andere hotels boeken. |

it is close to copacabana When wearrived at the hotel they tried to tell me they had tried to check my credit card and it was rejected,and they had not been able to confirm my booking so they would send me to another hotel, I challenged this and they eventually gave me a room, it appears the hotel are in the habit of overbooking then refering their customers to other hotels. I will not use this hotel again |

The hotel is good located and staff is friendly. I was on 11th floor but still little bit noisy. |

Hotel facilities, care of personnel for the guests, quality of the rooms were all very good. Location of the hotel is convenient. Close to the beach, yet off the busy Av. de Atlantica and close to the metro. |

Excellent location, only one block off the Oceanside in Copacabana, very friendly staff. Rooms are recently renovated in excellent condition and very clean. |

It's near to Copacabana beach. You can borrow a towel for the beach at the reception desk. I booked a Luxury room, I do not want to know how look like the Standard ones. I was really disappointed by the hotel and the services. |

Perfect stay: fantastic sea view (16th floor), clean, spacious room, friendly staff and good breakfast. Also very good: late check out possible and free shuttle to the airport.Unser drittes Hotel in Rio und das mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. |

Discret location, Nice Room with balcony. I find the toilet dirty and i ask reception for send a cleaner when i was out, and they just did the cleaning on the end of the day. |

Das Hotel ist sehr guenstig gelegen zwischen Metrostation und Copacabana. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Fruehstueckstbuffet ausserordentlich gut bestueckt. |

El personal es muy amable. El servicio de habitaciones es puntual y eficiente. La habitación estaba bien equipada, con buena iluminación y muebles nuevos y funcionales, exceptuando el armario, algo antiguo. No es admisible que en recepción pretendan cobrar toda la estancia el primer dia. Consegui' negociar que cobraran solo la mitad y el resto al final. El agua del desayuno debería ser mineral, no del grifo. |

Bonne localisation sur une rue calme mais dans un quartier anime a deux pas de la plage de Copacabana et pres du metro. Chambre correcte et spacieuse. Mobilier un peu vieillot. Personnel tres serviable. Bon rapport qualite prix. Acces internet wifi gratuit. |

O ponto mais positivo foi o café da manhã. Sem ser excepcional reunia uma oferta capaz de satisfazer qualquer hóspede. O atendimento foi bom, sentia-se uma simpatia sincera e disponibilidade para apoiar. O hotel está um pouco envelhecido. Criei expectativa de que estaria em frente ao mar mas na realidade está em uma 2ª rua com vista muito reduzida de mar (apenas nos pisos superiores se pode ver alguma coisa) |

El personal del hotel es muy amable, el desayuno es abundante y diverso y el restaurant tiene platos muy ricos a buen precio. Copacabana, el barrio donde está ubicado el hotel, no es muy lindo. La conexión a internet es muy lenta |

Pur non essendo davanti al mare è a 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Copacabana in posizione centrale. Sono tutti molto cordiali; la colazione è ottima ed abbondante. E' abbastanza silenzioso. |
