Whern I arrived there was no booking from Booking.com. Luckily they had a room which I was able to take. I had my printed confirmation, they had no record of the internet booking. |

I liked the rooftop area and the pool. There was a great view of Copacabana Beach. The buffet breakfast was very good. The location was great, close to Rio Sul mall and the beach. The room was very basic and small, for the price we paid I was expecting more and I was also expecting it to be more updated. There was mold on the wall, it was very dark. |

The reception staff was very helpful Hotel Taxi was unreasonable, secondly, the booking was bad very bad upon arrival at the hotel we were told that our booking was not on the system because the hotell notified booking.com 5 months ago that they were no longer accepting bookings, you can imagine after travelling for more than 12 000 kilometres only to be told that you are not booked at a hotel despite you having a confirmation from b |

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Har allt nödvändigt som internet, hårtork, pool, litet gym, frukostbuffé. Ingen lyx på rummen, men vi sov extremt gott! Gatan är mycket trafikerad, men vi hörde den knappt. |
