Pleasant room service, good facilities. The hotel reception was very rude about me bringing my wife, which they thought was a local pickup I made. It was very offending and a thing I really feel needs an excuse. And the laundry was expensive, but that's totally reasonable and fair.

Esta ubicado en una zona tranquila La habitación no disponia de mesas para colocar las maletas. Tuve que pedirlas, y solo trajeron una para tres maletas, asi que habia que ponerlas en el suelo

O atendimento e as acomodações são muito boas. Em alguns momentos senti um leve odor de esgoto no banheiro. Poderia ser observado se houve algum problema na tubulação. No mais, estou muito satisfeito.

Buen hotel, pero podria aceptar una reforma en las habiaciones, se quedan un poco anticuadas. El desayuno muuy bueno, y el personal muy bueno. La ubicacion no es mala poque esta cerca del metro y es Copacabana, pero si lo que se busca es playa y zona de buen nivel, Leblon o la zona de Ipanema se ajustan mas al nivel del hotel, cn mejores restauntes y sitios para tomar copas. A tener en cuenta, tiene shuttle gratuito al aeropuerto, un taxi ronda los 100 reales... Las habitaciones deberian de ser actualizadas

Hôtel très bien place. Prix corrects. Domage que les jus du petit déjeuner soit coupés à l'eau (pas terrible pour un hôtel de cette classe ) Le toit terrasse qui offre une magnifique vue sur copacabana ferme à minuitt (domage aussi). Sinon parfait.

El desayuno es excelente!! Y la ubicacion muy buena. Tiene una buena vista de la ciudad desde la terraza. Lo negativo de este hotel, es que ofrecen el transfer in-out free desde y hacia el aeropuerto, y a pesar de haber realizado la reserva, no nos fueron a buscar.
