very pleased with everything the staff were very helpful we were lucky with the weather as it rained only at night we had all our meals on the terrace overlooking the ocean We hope to return next year

except the chairs on our terrace were well past their sell by date would have liked a couple of chairs on the top terrace as 2 sun beds was not enough

Place is budget friendly.

I wouldn't stay here again. When going on vacation I expect to be taken care of and pampered a bit. This is a Time Share property without hardly any aminities. The beach is small and the pool is nothing to get excited about. Pictures online are not up to date and there is no daily cleaning service.

Hospitality was wonderful. Allowing us to leave our bags in lobby was a great reprieve. It allowed us to sight-see before having to leave. The room we stayed in was a great room with a wonderful view. Wish we had less wind so we could have coffee on balcony.

this is not a negative thing as there is nothing you can do about it but as wonderful as the room we had was, the wind blew and whistled all night.

I love the set up and design of the villas. It gives you a home away from home feeling.

We travelled with our two teenage children and were surprised to be ushered into newly renovated and very clean resort, much better than any review we had read. Our villa, like the others was a 3-bedroom with very spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the second and a third bedroom on the last floor. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, washing machine/dryer, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and everything we ever needed, and they were all sparkling new. We did felt very much at home and wished we had booked a longer stay. We did not we had stayed anywhere else and it was fun riding the city buses and meeting friendly and helpful Bahamians. The staff and everyone we met were very hospitable.

The wifi coverage in our villa was not fairly weak but did function and there was ocassional vehicular traffic noise as our villa was close to the arterial road.

I liked the location since it was on the bus route to Downtown and other attractions.

The bathroom had some mold in it and there were some small black bugs that came out in the bathroom at night. Also, the mattresses could stand to be updated.

Very narrow but excellent beach and sand

Very high vibration and noise due to a/c and Ventilating hardware. We can not sleep due to neighbours a/c eventhough our a/c is closed. Wi- fi signal is very weak, for connection notebook should be placed on balcony. All mattress in the village are very soft, take care for your backache

The convenience of being able to get to my appointments on time less the hassle of traffic. The secureness of the property and the tightness of the security at the entrance gate.

El lugar, el paisaje, la gente. Los espacios, la pileta el mar.Hemos visto un resort, muy cuidado, limpio familiar. Equipado con todas las comodidades y sobre todo la atencion brindada por todo el personal. A pesar de que nuestro ingles es muy malo.

Nada , todo me gusto.

Grand espace, terrasse avec accès de sortie vers la plage. Le service gardiennage disponible pour appel taxi rapidement. Appartement complet.

Climatisation bruyante. 2èMe salle de bain pommeau de douche dégradé.

Tv viejo y sin control, solo uno en la sala, lavaplatos deficiente, caja de seguridad deficiente, anjeo roto en algunas partes se entraban los sancudos, no medieron recibo y lo pedi varias veces,me dijeron que lo envivan por la red,no me ha llegado.colchones muy blanditos.

Que tenga Lavadora y Secadora

Que la cama principal era GIGANTESCA (3,5 Plazas) y las 4 restantes diminutas! (1 plaza)

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (onze mobiele telefoons werkten niet, dus mocht ik eenmaal (gratis) bellen naar Nederland. Schitterende locatie en zeer goede faciliteiten

Dat mobiele telefoons niet werken op de Bahamas (geen netwerk of bereik)

Muy amplio y comodo, con lavavajilla, lavarropas, secarropas, Cocina completa, etcetera , muy buena vista al mar

La limpieza del departamento habia que pagarla aparte (40 dolares diarios). Las ventanas estaban rotas y sucias

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo per una notte , facendo scalo a Nassau . La villetta che ci è stata data è davvero immensa , tre piani con tre stanze da letto , tre bagni . Dotata di tutti i comfort...tutti gli elettrodomestici . Lo consiglio per lunghi periodi . All'uscita prendi il pulman 10 e ti porta in centro .

Très belle villa, spacieuse et bien équipée. Parfaite pour une famille

Notre villa (35) était un peu proche d'une route un peu bruyante

Mugav asukoht ning majutas väga mitu inimest. Oli olemas suur köök, kus sai ise süüa teha. Ja mitu wc-d ja vannituba, mis on mitme elaniku puhul kah väga mugav.

Mitte kordagi viie päeva jooksul ei koristatud. Peatusime orkaani ajal ja mitu korda oli elektri ja vee katkestus, mitte keegi ei suvatsenud teada anda, millal võiks see lõppeda. Viimastel päevadel ei saanud kasutada ei mereranda, ei basseini ja allahindlust ei olnud nad nõus tegema.

la struttura è decisamente obsoleta inoltre la foto che appare sul sito di booking è decisamente artefatta, non esiste una spiaggia così grande attualmente è per buona parte cementificata e la spiaggia del resort è ridotta a un pezzettino microscopico

Il residence è molto spazioso, fornitissimo (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, forno microonde, tostapane ecc.) ed è un'ottima soluzione per famiglia numerosa

Per le famiglie numerose xche ci sono delle ville a tre piani rifornite da tanti elettrodomestici(lavastoviglie,lavatrice,frigo,televisori...)se si ha voglia di cucinare in vacanza....anche se non ho visto un supermercato in zona..tranne uno chiuso a 500 metri di distanza...forse fallito xche' da fuori si vedeva completamente vuoto...poi un negozio piccolo con quasi nessun alimentare da comprare!!!

La spiaggia e' minuscola, piscina sembrava + grande nel sito dell'albergo ed invece non e' un gran' che.. il baretto in zona piscina e' triste e inaffidabile...il personale ubriaco..abbiamo aspettato piu' di un'ora 2 insalate( ceravamo solo noi come clienti) ed alla fine ce ne siamo andate a mani vuote dopo ennesima volta che ci hanno chiesto cosa abbiamo ordinato!!! Aria condizionata in casa troppo rumorosa, il "terrazzo" tristissimo 4 mura bianche altissime quindi niente vista, barbecue inutile.. senza niente da comprare in zona!! Mai fatti i servizi di pulizia, mai entrato nessuno x rifornimento di carta igienica o asciugamani..intanto il costo alla fine del soggiorno e' stato raddoppiato con tutte le tasse aggiunte e servizi inesistenti aggiunti al prezzo iniziale!!!!!! Non ci tornerei!!!!!!!!
