Price was not subscribe in booking and they say they don't get email on booking it from this site pillows was dirty it was not what we expected at all will never go back nice location shopping is close and stores but hotel is not up to standard
It was dirty I was not comfortable at all
After booking in advance I came and they didn't have a room. They send me to another hotel and said that they made a call about me, but that hotel also didn't have a room and didn't received any calls.
The hotel was overbooked. We arrived at around 10.00 pm and the receptionist told us she has no room for us. She organized for us a new accommodation. the new accommodation (motel, was terrible). The motel was located in a dark street (no lights). There was no real receptionist. After five minutes we left, because we felt so uncomfortable. and the region looked quiet dangerous.
good location and price as for Nassau
doesn't really look or feel like a hotel, standard also bit low.
What I liked best about my stay was checking out.
The room wasn't clean, even found a bedbug in my bed. The shower hardly had any water pressure. After one night a replacement room was offered but instead of the queen size accommodation booked, and extra paid for, the replacement room only had 2 single beds in it. When this was pointed out staff simply said they didn't have any more Queen size rooms available. When I asked for management I was told there was none around. When I said I wanted a refund as this is not what I had booked none was given even though I was checking out there and then. They charged me 2 nights. To this date I have only received £423 out of £1231. they call this a 50% refund. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.
Absolutely disgusting, came with our two young daughters and had to sleep in our clothes. It's as if we were given a room where the people before is just left. Wifi did not work at all, no shuttle as described, shower stayed on all night, no locks on patio door.
Daytime location. Fairly close to the beach and food shopping spacious room plenty of closet space
Couple of local guys laid in the 2 loungers by the pool all evening. Made it uncomfortable to use the pool or sit on the balcony overlooking the pool. Area was not well lit outside so did not venture out to a restaurant the night we stayed. One the 2 guys by the pool approached us to try to sell us contraband. Bar & restaurant were closed permanently, but still were on the website.Bathroom should be caulked around baseboard. A couple of small ants and one cockroach came out from under the baseboard when I turned on the light in the bathroom. We let the office know when we left.No towels in room.
When I went inside the room towels were used ... It was like someone was inside my room
I liked that it was close to the airport.
When we got there we were confused because it did not look like anything on the pictures. The pool was really green like it hasn't been cleaned for months. In the room when I went under the sheets (which didn't smell clean) had stains on it (love stains..). We only had to stay one night and moved along.
Meh... It's alright
Location was decent. Food and shopping in decent proximity.
Bugs on bed and in bathroom sink. No sheets on bed, just comforter. No hot water for shower. Drain in shower clogged. Shower head partly broken and coming out of wall. 2 bars of soap only available toiletries. No curtains to block bright sun in morning. Wifi connection was poor and would go in and out. White towels were stained brown.
The hotel was reasonably priced.
The hotel touts proximity to the beach but due to beachfront development the hotel lacks beach access. My wife and I booked a queen bed room months in advance. When we showed up they said they were overbooked and put us in a room with two twin beds and a shared bathroom. Wifi was not working for most of our week long stay. They advertised breakfast but the bar area of the hotel was never opened the week we stayed (during a peek season when the hotel was fully booked!) The upstairs rooms look nice. Those are the ones in photos. The downstairs rooms are dark, no TV, no fridge. Not that these things are needed, but they were advertised. This hotel is on par with hostels I have stayed at, I wouldn't complain ordinarily, but they advertise as something much different.
The best thing about the hotel was the location, since you could catch the bus directly in front of the hotel
The hotel does not offer maid service and does not provide towels. I'd estimate that the sheets are about 20 years old.
the staff was great WiFi and cable TV worked perfectly it is a great location close to the beach and close to the store and the place though dated has good bones.the lady that checked us in was great and so was the house keeping people.
the rooms are dated extremely dated they had a pool party the night that i was there so no sleep til 1am for my brother.and i got an electric shock from the shower and the sink.
We didn't have hot water in two of the four rooms we had and one of the rooms that had hot water only had the option of hot or cold not mixed. Our reservation was for 3 rooms - 2 rooms with two fulls size beds and one larger room with multiple beds but when we arrived we could only get rooms with twin beds or a single full. That doesn't work for 10 people and some with young children. My daughter had to sleep on the floor with a sleeping bag and air mattress we had. TV/cable also did not work.
There were no towels in the room. Receptionist gave us the key to a room that was already checked in! There was roach in the bathroom.
The people helping were nice and helpful.
I misaced an iPhone at Coco Plum it wasn't recovered.
I did not like anything at all
The place was small, dark and the staff was not friendly at all it did not look like nothing on the picture it needs to rate lower maybe 1star
Too many dislikes to list.
First off they jacked the price up an extra 30 bucks a night from the original price once we got there. Then told us they had list our reservation and we no longer had a double bed room. And then we find out that we can use the pool after 8 pm on vacation because that's when it closes. All of that on top of the fact that the room was not very clean, the back sliding door did not lock and the hot water only lasted long enough for one person was the reason we decided to only stay for 2 nights. We still had to sleep in one bed because they didn't get that right. We went somewhere else after that, thankfully it didn't ruin our vacation. I would never stay here again, and I would never recommend it.
Needs to upgrade
There was nothing to like about this motel.
My wife and I stayed at Coco Plum for one night. We found your place through booking.com, with a rate of $95/night. We were there Jan. 22 (+/- a day) I have a couple of comments about our night: 1) The credit card machine wasn't working, so the ladies running the office wrote down the number, expiration date, and security code. I hope that this information was shredded. I don't like leaving my credit card information written down with employees who I don't know. 2) We did not receive an invoice, despite asking for one, even providing our email to send one. 3) The room that we were given was not worth $95. My dorm room that I shared with 2 other guys in college was bigger than the room we stayed in. The lighting in the room was a joke, looking like lights were an afterthought. It was dirty. I can rent a room that was nicer than the room we had at Coco Plum "by the hour". 4) I understand that taxes are a part of doing business. I was billed $127 for our stay, where the room cost was $95. That equates to 33.7% tax. I've never heard of anyone charging taxes at such a high rate. I suspect that a few extra fees were added, although I don't know, since I can't get an invoice to see how the charges added up so quickly. 5) I asked a couple of the employees at Coco Plum where I could visit a rum distillery. They sent me and my wife on a wild chase into a VERY dangerous part of town, most likely with the intention of robbing us. There was no distillery anywhere near where they sent us, and only by the grace of God did we figure out to get out of there as quickly as we could.
We had booked for 7 nights. They were not expecting us on our arrival. The place was not nice at all so we paid for 1 night only and moved on to another hotel. We suggest you remove this accomodation from your lists. A place only for Backpackers.
