Located just across from tropical beaches, these Georgetown vacation homes offer free Wi-Fi and gear for exploring the water. The Georgetown Airport is 8 minutes away. The colourful cottages of Hoopers Bay Villas Exuma feature front and back porches with table and chairs. Cable TV and a DVD player also included. Great location, very close to the beach. The cottage was very comfortable for 4 people and very clean. the queen bed is very noisy!

Good location, w/ reasonable size bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living & dining areas. Otherwise very little at all to like about the property. Extremely incompetent, non-caring staff who continually ignored multiple complaints and request for repairs and cleaning. T.V. and Internet not working; lite fixtures broken, bed mattresses extremely uncomfortable and noisy; no hot water in one bathroom, a/c not working in living room and in one bedroom. Neither the maid nor the "handyman" had a key to enter the unit when occupants were not there. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Local realtors said the property had received numerous complaints in the past. No on-site management is major problem! Intend to file a complaint with the Georgetown CofC!

La tranquillità e l'indipendenza. Houskeeper e propietari cordiali e disponibili. Vicinanza a Georgetown e ristoranti. Non segnalata- difficile da trovare. Letto scomodo.Struttura non direttamente sul mare. Non è stato un problema, ma sul vostro sito veniva citato il WiFi e per 4 giorni era non funzionante.

We love the location of Hoopers Villas. You are not right on the beach & have to pay the big $ for beach property but you are a quick 2 min walk across main road to the most beautiful beach on the island. You are on your own with these cottages so you have lots of privacy which is what we absolutley love. This is an island cottage, they do not profess to be a 5 star, just great island style living. The one thing is the beds are very uncomfortable. However, this did not stop us from staying there a 2nd time. The owners are looking into fixing this as they are aware but getting new beds to the island is not a cheap & easy task.
