I like tht the hotel is located to everything I needed an the staff was helpful an price was reasonable
I really didn't like the towels it was very cheap an hard on your body it was scraping me up an they don't have enough u have to wait until later on to get new ones an there was no shampoo an stuff
The staff were super, always smiling, cordial, and helpful. Room was spotless. Plenty of TV channels Beautiful centre court-yard Close to all amendities
Nothing...... I will be back!!
The staff was nice, the resort was quite clean and friendly
The Rooms were nice. I loved the pool as well as the kids playground. The hotel had a lot of fun activities eg. table tennis, pool room, swimming pool, pool side bar, playground. My enjoyed my overall stay.
What I did not like was the fact that There was hardly ever enough towels in the room. After Maid cleaned we had to wait another hour or 2 just to get more towels and pillowcases. Also, the hot tub was veryyy dirty! The pool was also due for some cleaning.
an elderly lady checked me in and she was extraordinarily nice and accommodating. she asked the next morning if our room was okay and as simply as it may seem it was a big deal to me. every thing was just so clean. the occupancy seemed to be down but that was fine. more marketing strategies should be geared towards attracting more domestic tourist during slow periods with affordable 5-7 days stay packages and rates. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues in law enforcement.
the outside pool bar could of been open more
Staff was accomodating.
Television had only three channels available(working)
To be honest: Not much
No wireless in the room. To be fair, once I complained I did not have to pay for it, but this is the least you could expect. They also offered a new room the next day. Most lamps in the room were broken. Strange consistency of shampoo. Air conditioning extremely noisy. Room seemed very old and filthy.
Close to a convenience store. Clean swimming pool.
Staff at the restaurant very rude. There's No shuttle to the beach as stated on the website so you have to take a taxi ($18 each way) or take the bus. Hotel seems expensive for what they offer.
I like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room with ensuring your stay.
I don't like the fact that I am unable to use the phone and make outside call. Also, that the fact that no -one t the front desk after a certain hour during the night. I believe safety is important and there should at least have access to outgoing phone services.
i enjoy the property
i didn't have any dislikes but i didn't see the bar open at although
Quiet and peaceful. Ideal to relax. Well maintained!
Some kilometer from Lucaya and the beaches. Due to a severe hurricane some years ago the region is quite deserted
everybody was so friendly and nice, I met some of the staff and really enjoyed talking with them.
I hate there was no coffee pot in the room. maybe get some softer towels. those in the room was really rough,
fridge in room
no vending machine/ice
need to turn up thermostat for heating hot water
It was a good value for money. The room was close to the lobby.
No one on the desk at night. No snack or drinks available at night.
I felt safe. The location was good. It was quiet and comfortable.
I wish they would have had a coffee pot in the room.
rudeness of staff
Run down facility
Good value for the price. Conveniently located. Close to Butler's grocery store and local restaurants such as Sires. The sunrise highway is right around the corner so rent a car and visit the islands by driving. Lucaya marketplace is just 10 min drive away and gold rock beach is 30 min drive. It seems like the tourist center is in Lucaya now. But hotels are very expensive over there.
Tiny ants in the room. They should spray with some thing like Demon WP every once a while. Although the international bazaar is across the street, it is now almost empty, with except a couple of restaurants and a few straw market shops.
That it was close to the Airport. I had an early flight.
I reserved a king size room, got there 2 hours after check in time and it was still not ready. I had to stay in a smaller room. It was dingy and smelled awful. The light bulbs were out on 2 of the lamps and when I dialed the front desk, no one answered.I walked over and the security guard said that they were gone until the morning. I sat up in a chair all night until it was tim to go to the airport, because I got hives on my body about 1/2 hour after laying in the bed. I would not stay there again.
i enjoy the two nights of my stay which i had book three nights i had to leave before stay had ended because i was call into work ,because one of staff was sick my booking no.424093457 and3597 ,is they anything can be done about that.
