The front desk staff. Terrible
Inconsistency in room service queen was an excellent made cleaning my room on the contrary another time a gal just pulled up the sheets didn't change the sheets didn't clean the bathroom and I was very disappointed
See above. I wrote in the wrong space regarding what I didn't like anyway most of the most of the vacation services were very very good
everything, the place is barely open. it has restaurants and bars but they are all closed. staff are bored and fed up and nothing works.
The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The location was great.
I went out all day, I was disappointed that the room was not clean when i arrived back that afternoon.
The rooms were good, bathrooms fine and good wi-fi.
It is big so plenty or other people hanging around alot. Oddly, by the main entrance to the rooms appeared to be a hangout. This is Bahamian big hotel - the staff are friendly but slow.
Great location Super view Very clean Lots of stuff to do (pingpong, kicker, chess,...)
A lot of extra charges...
Stores and restersunts within walking distance. Small casino at resorr. Beautiful beach. Friendly staff.
Carnival cruise people come to resort and get prriorty seating at buffet over resort paid guests.
The front desk was pleasant. The cleaning lady was pleasant.
The wait staff in restaraunts and cafés were miserable and did not want to be bothered. Ordered a breakfast sand which with bacon they sent me off with ham. Just didn't listen or care very bad attitude!
Breakfast was great. Plenty option of food. Fresh omelete with several ingredients to be chosen. There's a lot of activities to be done nearby (scuba diving, snorkeling, sight seeing)...
Bed was too soft in the room. That was my opinion. If you like beds that feels like sinking into it, then you're well suited. Swimming pool bottom was very harsh. I don't know who had that idea but they are not good to stay a long time.
The pool bar and entertainment across the street was pretty exciting along with a with great resturants and there employees are pretty sweet!!!
The staff was rude and wasnt willing to find the best deal possible
Room was good.
Food was below average. Not any Bahamian food.
Beautiful beach, watching the sunrise from our balcony overlooking the beach, helpful concierge, spacious suite, comfortable beds, good daily room service, attentive staff.
Not many restaurant choices (although it was off season), facility needs maintenance outside of main lobby; concrete needed steam cleaning; hallway carpet needed cleaning, as did carpet in the room; dim bathroom lighting; no good shop in hotel for anything other than tolietries;
The variety of restaurants on site and nearby for local fair or international dining is great! The marketplace across the street has plenty of shopping to enjoy. The pools and beaches are wonderful not to mention the friendly staff and locals!
We didn't like the timeshare hawkers outside the security gate, they were annoying and persistent no matter how many times you passed them in a day.
Staff were very friendly
View from room and propcity to ocean and large balcony.
The musky smell of room, old stained carpet in hallway, dated rooms and small lobby. I think I was in the older part of the hotel. I had requested a king bed but got two full. Hotel needs a update.
The view! The beach and pool areas are great. Close to Lucaya Market.
Casino a/c was broken. Slot machines too tight.
The front desk staff
Really clean Friendly
Too many hidden taxes Energy tax Room Tax Resort tax Gratuity Etc Etc Etc
My husband and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary and we had a wonderful time and experience at this location! We plan to go back.
Excellent Service and Room Accommodation
Everything was terrific!
Choice of food
The location with a beach front and the nice pools makes a clear winner. It's also in front of a Market place where you could find restaurants and gift shops.
If it had a shuttle to the airport or the seaport would be an even better option
Big rooms, and even the marina view was beautiful. The beach was stunning and nice pool and bar areas. Right across from Lucayan marketplace so lots of night life there.
As others commented, there were lots of fees and taxes so room went from $125 per night to $185 per night once it was all added in. The rooms were not very sound proof and we had very noisy neighbors, but the staff were good about it and even offered us a late check-out the next day. Overall good for a big resort.
Location was perfect, room was big and comfortable and the beach was breathtaking. The hotel is located near a little village where you can eat, drink delicious cocktails and shop.
The price shown is unfair. In fact to the room price you have to sum 13% of Government Tax, 10$ of energy supply (per room, per day), 17$ of Service Charge and Resort Fee (per person, per day). Pay attention with the final bill. They charged me twice the breakfast everyday, fortunatelly I noticed that.
