Good location. Decent room.
Photos make it look much nicer than it is, which is rather seedy. When I got there on a Sunday night, they could not find the paperwork for my stay (they had not found it before my arrival). The price, while reasonable by Paradise Island/Nassau standards, seems high for what you get.
No restaurant on site No vending machines on site Far from everything The free shuttle is only at one time going and returning...no flexibility Should offer more frequent shuttles to Altantis area Too pricey with no amenities
We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a big balcony with view to the harbour. We loved that it was not crowdy at all in that area. Very fancy neighbourhood. You can lend bikes for free from the hotel. We did it 3 times to drive to the beach, which is 5 minutes away. The beach (actually Victoria beach) is AMAZING!! Very clean, not crowded. We did a jetski tour at the beach and saw that the Atlantis hotels beaches were extremely crowded - so we were so lucky having our own (almost private) beach. There is no restaurant closeby, so you need to go to the city (near Atlantis area). But that's no problem - you can either walk (15 minutes) or go by cab/bike. The hotel also has a nice littel swimming pool and a whirlpool, which we used at nights. Very nice! Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing to complain at all!
At 6 pm on a Friday nights with cancelled flights due to weather, everywhere sold out the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Nothing not to like.
Value for money Nice pool area Good sized room with nice view of the marina.
Not close to amenities - restaurant/bar next door shut The nearest place to eat was a 20 min walk away. Hidden charges on checkout - make them clearer when booking.
Pool Room was cleanish Big room... might work for long stay
No Marina staff available Front desk doesn't know about marina Far away from nearest restaurant
Beautiful view and pool
Too far to walk anywhere - needed to take cabs $$$$
We highly recommend this location, the staff were helpful and friendly. Bonus - free bikes & fishing poles, we sat at the end of their harbor docks and caught all kinds of fish. Was able to fish for $5 in bait, and was able to bike around the island for 0$. Beach is a short walk (3 blocks), value was excellent compared to other locations on Paradise, Pool was outstanding, clean, friendly - would go back for sure.
Large and spacious bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony at marina
Lovely rooms, nice pool area, helpful staff
No bar on site. Closest bar or shops 15 minute walk
we booked 1+1 room and we became only 1 room (we were 4)
Close to the beach. Nice small hotel, not crowded.
No food in the property. No beach towels.
Mandy was the front desk personnel she was very helpful , and efficient. The room was immaculate , and comfortable. The grounds were manicured and clean . I was impressed with the properties thoughtful , around the facilities private showers around the pool.
The room is big and it is close to the atlantis. Not close enough to walk to it, but a 5min drive. The pool area is nice and the place is quiet. Free parking.
Cleaning is the major problem. I mean, the absence of cleaning at all. Our room was really really DIRT. In minutes our feet were black. There was a rug in the room that I guess has never been cleaned. We asked and paid 5 dolares per night for a pack n play that we did not have courage to use. I would never put my baby to sleep on it, as it smelled terribly. Lots os sugar ants everywhere. Internet is free but connection sucks. No elevator and room in the third floor. This could be a nice place to stay if the housekeeping and cleaning were much much better.
Front desk was rude and unwilling to help. You had to drag answers out of them. No free shuttles to anywhere. Plan on walking and more walking to any restaurants and shopping. Would have loved it if the staff would have suggested or explained how and where to go. For a hotel so far away they should sure be able to offer free shuttle or even golf cart transportation. Disappointed for sure!
No restaurant on premises, no bar or grill
Location was great right on water overlooking nassau harbour
The walls are made of paper and the people next door was noisy well into the night.
We stayed for only one day. We wanted to be close to Atlantis so we could check into our timeshare early the next day. The only 2 things that were good were the location ( only five minutes to our timeshare ), and the size of the apartment which was spacious
The main entrance ( if you could call it that- basically a tiny check-in office) is way down a sharp hill. There is no food at all within walking distance. The apartment looked like it had a quick cleaning, especially the kitchen area which looked like it hasn't had a feel cleaning in a very long time. The plumbing was terrible and the shower water backed up while we took our showers. The worst part was the suprise extra fees and taxes of $75 which really took it out of the not-so-good-but-a good -price- category. When this was questioned the desk clerk pointed out the fees written in tiny tiny print on the check-in contract. Will not be going there again!!
Price Free wifi
No close restaurants No elevator up to floor
It was quiet, the room was clean and the pool area appeared to be well maintained. When we asked for a taxi to take us to dinner, one of the staff took us right away.
The first morning we could only get cold water in the shower, they worked on it that day but the next morning we could only get hot water.
very nice staff very clean facilities
So expensive. Huge daily resort fee.
Very peaceful location. Rooms were tidy. Cheaper than most other places we looked at. Just wanted an overnight stay so it was perfect.
No restaurants on site
The pool was great. The room was comfortable. We had a good view of the harbor. The staff that we encountered was good. We used this as our gathering point for two days before flying to the Abacos and it was a good fit for our needs and a decent value for the money.
We were told that there was no shuttle available on Saturdays and Sundays. It would be nice if the bar/restaurant was open. Lack of an elevator could have been an issue. We were travelling with some seniors who could not climb the stairs. Fortunately, our room was on the first floor so we were able to switch with them.
Very spacious apartment with all you need to cook a good meal and chill out if you want to stay in. The pool and hot tub were lovely and free shuttle very useful as taxis are a rip off.
Not really anything to dislike, only downside is location, there are no bars/restaurants on the doorstep it's a 15 min walk to nearest bar but not a problem if you're not lazy!
