The private beach.
No on site restaurant .
The unit was very clean, spacious and affordable. I would definitely return again
Overall, the resort is comfy, clean and not too crowded by the beach area. Hammock by the water is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would go back.
Not much food options nearby. The resort needs to have a something convenient. The supermarket nearby is very expensive and a long 30 min walk to get to it
Pool was popular with kids
Although the staff was pleasant, they were not efficient. The units were not ready by 4:00, which at the prices charged was totally unacceptable. There were no soap dished in the showers, so no place to put the soap except on the floor. The place overall was a bit dingy. There were other things but I didn't write them down, so I've forgotten. The overall impression though was very mediocre, & I would not stay there again.
Birds sang all night long outside our patio. Hard to sleep.
The room is a little small.
The hotel is really cute in a beautiful location.
Everything, helpful, friendly staff, the most beautiful environment, peaceful placement, easy to be with the children.
I liked everything
We missed a flight and needed a hotel close to the airport. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful in getting a cab arranged for us for our early morning flight.
Quiet place and very clean.
The resort was relaxed, not over crowded and the location was beautiful. The view from our balcony was great and we enjoyed eating breakfast watching the locals go past in their boats. The selection of restaurants within the complex were also excellent.
I think the only thing that was a little frustrating was that the beach bar was open rarely but we visited the Liquor Store store just outside the security gate and kept it in our fridge. Problem solved.
The tranquility of the environ
I have nothing negative
Very calm place to relax, everyone were very friendly. The chef was great.
Lack of services. Everything should be order in advance.
The guy that checked me in, CameronI think is his name, was very accommodating. The proximity to restaurants and a has station made it convenient.
It seemed as if Cameron should have had more help. It took an hour for me to get my room keys because the machine was not working. Cameron had to escort me to my room and open my door when I needed to get in. The top light in my room (314) was not working. I informed Cameron of this before I left for dinner and when I returned the maintenance guy still hadn't fixed it. I was moved to another room (112) and found that the sliding glass door would not lock. Cameron tried to fix it, but couldn't. The maintenance guy finally came and couldn't fix it either so he unscrewed the stick off the broom and used it to keep the doors from opening. He tolde he would be back the next day to fix it but never came. I wasn't able to sleep soundly knowing that the door was not locked. Another customer from room 116 complained to the maintenance guy that his stove still hadn't been fixed. This let me know that it wasn't just a coincidence that I was having problems with my room, but that the maintenance guy was unattentive and wasn't maintaining the property properly. Cameron tried to help, but it's not fair that he doesn't gave the support needed to keep customers happy.
The privacy, beautiful beach just steps away, easy access to bus, convenience store and places to eat nearby, beautiful facility
Beds were hard as a rock
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The resort is out of town and the jitnies (privately owned buses) that take you all over the island are very frequent and convenient. There are 3 pools, water slides for kids, the sea-water lagoon and the beaches to choose from for swimming. Our apartment was well equipped and spacious. The supermarket and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. We found plenty to do around Nassau and the island.
Make sure you read the details of costs that are added by all the hotels.
Quiet, clean, helpful staff, very good restaurants and bars close by, excellent pool area and beaches. Easy access to Nassau using the local bus service.
We had to leave.
The friendly atmosphere and the pool side bar and food available there. Chef Cleveland is the best.
No Wifi in rooms, but I was there on business so had to work in the hotel lobby/restaurant area when there.
Peace and quiet. Breakfast on the beach
access to beach front desk staff and manager were terrific and nice. clean the rooms every day wild cat roaming the compound lots of access keys to the rooms cleaning ladies were excellent
cockroach in the rooms dirt beaches close to the resort
We liked the single housekeeper who came to rescue us and the maintenance manager who came to see the problems we were having. The view of the pool and beach from the villa was excellent.
Where do I begin? The minute we arrived there, it all started going downhill. We arrived prior to the check-in time and we couldn't get in because the room was not ready. We had to sit in the lobby, which by the way is very outdated. The chairs were musty and need cleaning or should be condemned. The lobby should be the best looking place as that is the first point of contact for the visitors. The front desk staff offered to store our bags while we waited for the room to be ready. The storage room was dark, dingy and smelly. So after waiting for the room to be ready, we get there and the room was far from being ready. The linen on the bed was dirty, the drapes were faded and torn, the coffee table was dirty, the lamp's base was rusted, some utensils were missing, no towel for the kitchen, the toilet wouldn't flush upon first try, the comforter (green) on the bed was torn and darned with black thread, the shower curtain rod was also rusted. The stop in the bath was not functional and had to be removed so that the bath could be drained. Reporting the problems to the front desk didn't help. We were offered an upgrade to what was supposed to be a better unit. When inspected, the unit was bigger, but the conditions were worse. The Internet provider (if you require service in the rooms) was rude and had no idea of customer service. We were accused of lying when he didn't call back as promised. For the 4 nights that we stayed there, the room was only cleaned once. We received no welcome package and we were not told of the facility's amenities. The kitchen fixtures were updated but the tiles on the floor throughout the studio were damaged and not repaired. The ice cube trays were half empty when we got there and though we filled them, the fridge was not working properly. The pillows on the bed were 2 different sizes and clearly in need of changing. They were yellow with perspiration from prior use. How expensive are pillows?
Loved the outside of the buildings and the atmosphere.....loved the nearby restaurants
Didn't like the room...the color of the bedspreads, the layout...the bathroom...not comfortable
Terrific staff...very friendly and helpful. Great location...wonderful beach and nearby restaurants. Beach Bar was great as well. Room upgrades underway; great news since some of the rooms are showing some expected wear.
Not much. As noted, room upgrades underway which will help with the older units. Wish some studios were located on canal.
