The beach was beautiful and practically deserted, which was exactly what I was looking for. Chef Cleveland makes a great omelette and great french toast. There are several little restaurants, a cafe, gas station, sports bar, and abc store right outside the resort entrance - they were all nice places and pretty reasonable. If you just want to have a good time in a tropical setting with a couple of friends, this place is WELL worth the money.
The staff in the lobby wasn't rude, but I did feel like I was bothering them when I asked any questions... If that makes sense. Didn't matter much, I came for the beach and the pool, not the hotel lobby.
Rooms & view + staff.
The hidden fees for maid service, electricity etc. + no WiFi in rooms.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was quiet and clean.
The wifi was somewhat poor.
location close to airport for one night stay, we had a swim in the pool. air conditioning worked well, and cleaning staff helpful. nice grounds and quiet at night.
The bedroom and bathroom were both incredibly small and need a reno. There was not even enough room to open two suitcases and walk around the end of the bed! We had to put one suitcase on the rickety dresser in front of the tv. You have to move the bed to get into the closet and the door scrapes the side of the bed when you open it. No wifi at $285/ night is not good value, but all Nassau is very expensive for what you get.
I booked a room for 2 nights for my family and I. We stayed in the one bedroom with a hot tub in it, that alone was well worth it! We all had a bubbly bath when we were not swimming in the pools and going down the sweet slides! Nice views of the water side, very clean inside the room, especially bathrooms and hot tub were spic and span. Garbage bins nearby, proximity to pool great, beach area in back with clean sand, no debris or rocks. Excellent control of a/c units and piping hot water!!! Very important indeed! Excellent customer service by Cameron at the front desk! He made sure we got exactly what we paid for, thank you sir! Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing experience, just what the family needed. Will definitely book again.
At first, checking in, I was informed they were overbooked!! Was very disappointed that my reservation for the room I booked was not kept. Even though my card was already debited in advance, when we arrived was informed that we could stay in a studio room, with no hot tub, and no separate bedroom This was unacceptable for my wife, me and 3 kids! And that the price would be reduced and we could migrate to the bigger room the next day All of this started to make me upset and when voiced my concerns, Mr, Cameron at the front desk took care of it. HE MADE SURE WE GOT THE ROOM WE PAID FOR. For this I applaud you sir for making our short stay very well worth it. ALSO, by the deep pool, one of the electrical pool light covers on the ground was exposed! Something I forgot to mention at the dedk, but please fix IMMEDIATELY as it can KILL SOMEBODY, Thank you!
The location was very convenient and close to nearby shops and restaurants.
The staff need to improve on professionalism. A few examples: - Each morning I was awakened by loud talking and screaming. Staff would call for each other, and have extended personal conversations (some with profanities) - The towel lady came when I was just getting into the shower. I asked if she could come back, but instead she asked, "can you just give me your towels?" - I had breakfast at the hotel before heading out. When I returned to the room later, the room appeared to be clean, but the dirty dishes were still in the sink. - While in the lobby using the free wifi, the front desk rep was on her cell phone every 5 minutes and even played a personal voicemail message on speakerphone!
I loved the location. The staff were very accommodating. It is a very safe guarded community. We didn't use the pool, we went to the beach. The hotel provided us with free snorkeling gear and we snorkeled all around the reefs near the beach. I have been snorkeling and snuba diving on prettier reefs but considering this was basically free....it was great!! The Bahama Mama drink I got from the outdoor bar was really good. If you need a taxi, go to the front desk and ask for the taxi driver Mark. He is a very nice very accommodating local driver.
There were mostly families there. Many with children between the ages of 5 and 12. We laid awake from the loud voices and noises til around midnight one of the two nights we were there. The second morning we were awakened by the family next door talking loudly and slamming doors as they were checking out. Wifi is only at the main building if you want it free and it is very weak.
Very friendly staff, great attitude 3 bedroom was excellent for a family Pool and slides were enough to keep teens amused Twisted Lime is a good restaurant
Need free wifi (it's like TV; necessary and provided) Beach facility should be completed and provide equipment
There's nothing not to like gorgeous view, very comfortable and the front desk employee I think his name is camron he has wonderful people social skills
There wasn't nothing not to like.
We were surprised with these charges. On your website there is a note way down listed as important information but does not indicate the cost of those extra charges. The original price of 140USD understates the real cost of 202.19. Had we realized this scam, we would have booked somewhere else. We will never go back there. We are also reluctant to use your services again.
Close to good beaches. Managment responded to our concerns well.
The accommodatiion cost was more than expected by 50%, due to the daily energy fee, the daily service fee, and 20% tax.
Frendly staff, clean,nice design,quiet place,pool,WiFi & computer in lobby.
Upon arriving discoverd an error in our total bill about $600.00. Amenites could include mini-refrigirator or ,at least, microwave. Beach is kind of wild:no umbrellas, trash can... Restaurant on premises closed for renovation. Shower/toilet -outdated with poor function
Nice and helpful staff.
Not a great price - quality relation. We expected more for what we paid for.
the bathrooms are disgusting no handicap accessibility no receipt it cost $500.00 more than what I was quoted when I booked it.
The resort was large, and gated. Several restaurants within walking distance. Ate at the Twisted Lime; it was excellent. Room was adequate in size; nice & clean. Very quiet location. We were there for only one night so really didn't have an opportunity to enjoy all the amenities.
Booked through booking.com... was not aware price we paid was a "deposit" and that an additional $60 was due when we arrived. That was the major negative. The minor one was the person at the front desk took us out the front door of the reception area and pointed to our building. Would have preferred to be escorted to our building.
Staff were universally friendly and very helpful. Chef Cleveland made us great sandwiches at the small bar even though they aren't on the menu. The setting is at least quiet. We chose this for an overnight to an out-island basically because it's close to the airport, which is a plus if you want to actually avoid downtown Nassau.
This is the sort of place that has a coffee maker but no coffee, just soap, no shampoo or conditioner, somewhat tired mattresses, slightly cheap sheets, small rooms (we didn't choose a suite), a man-made beach on a man-made canal. It isn't really near stores or many restaurants, though you can walk on neighborhood roads to a few other places to eat. It isn't terrible, but I wouldn't want to stay there for a week.
Our suite was fabulous. It was a one bedroom apartment, and we had a second bedroom (think hotel room) that opened onto it for our son. The layout, decor, amenities were excellent. Fully stocked kitchen had granite counters and every appliance possible, jacuzzi was lovely, beds were comfy. The balcony overlooked the canal, spent a lot of time there. Two minutes to walk to the beach.
It would have been nice to have a restaurant on site that served breakfast, but that was a minor detail. Internet was only free in the lobby, a little expensive to purchase for the room. Worked great in the am, hit or miss the rest of the time.
Room was cramped with two large beds, cleaning service was addition .
allowed late check out whilst waiting for flight
no coffee or tea in room no map of resort so difficult to find facilities nowhere to have breakfast
The private beach.
No on site restaurant .
The unit was very clean, spacious and affordable. I would definitely return again
Overall, the resort is comfy, clean and not too crowded by the beach area. Hammock by the water is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would go back.
Not much food options nearby. The resort needs to have a something convenient. The supermarket nearby is very expensive and a long 30 min walk to get to it
Pool was popular with kids
Although the staff was pleasant, they were not efficient. The units were not ready by 4:00, which at the prices charged was totally unacceptable. There were no soap dished in the showers, so no place to put the soap except on the floor. The place overall was a bit dingy. There were other things but I didn't write them down, so I've forgotten. The overall impression though was very mediocre, & I would not stay there again.
