We enjoyed the pool and table tennis room. The opportunity to use the kayak and bicycles was a nice touch.
The room needed to be better prepared and we were put in the wrong room.
No microwave being soo far.
Staff were really friendly, and helpful. The property isn't close to anything, so they'd give us a ride to go and get food. (Although once we were asked to walk back to the property by front desk, we didn't...driver came and got us). Our large room was cleaned everyday, without asking. Overall it was good.
The WiFi was poor, at no time we used it. It was like if we both were on our telephones at the same time using it, it never moved. We just used our mobile data and never used our iPads, due to poor service. There were renovations going on, although we didn't mind...it just started way too early 8-9am. The location we didn't realize is a bit far away, you must have a rental car while staying there...unless, if you don't want to eat.
I didn't like anything about the Hotel
What Hotel closes their gates and front desk at a certain time. The Hotel is in a bad neighborhood. My family lives there so they would know best. We were advised to stay in once we go to our room.
Rooms were good size with good amenities eg refrig coffee machine. Good location for us as we were hauling our boat at the boatyard and it was convenient as it was close. The games room was really nice , and the facility is ver well kept up. Just no people staying there.
TV didn't work and staff was in no hurry to get it working. The one at reception worked perfectly, but we talked to the folks in the only other room that seemed occupied and there TV didn't work either. The resort doesn't have a restaurant and this is enough reason not to stay there again, they are not close to any restaurant or other things so it makes it basically impossible to stay there if you don't have a car. They could offer a shuttle ( they have a van) but don't seem motivated It seems like they have either given up on being successful, or are happy that not many people are staying there as they don't have to work very hard. To bad. This could be a lovely place.
quiet hotel. far from the fake port lucaya. with a car you can go all around the island
wifi only in the lobby
Wifi was not reaching to our room, so we had to go to the desk for free wifi. Over all an excellent place to stay
It's a bit out of town. so you need a car or taxi to get there.
I am unable to use my computer because there is no internet. 5his will assist in encouraging visitors. Many of us work on our computer While traveling. Much inconvenience
I loved the quite atmosphere; the view was also beautiful day and night. I would be back again.
No restaurant and the store is a bit far to walk.
i liked the fact this place was off the beaten path, away from the touristy area. staff were wonderful and very helpful. great value for your money, in my opinion.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Since there were only a few guests at the time, it was quiet. We took advantage of the use of the bicycles to go into town. Felt safe and the drivers were courteous.
Restaurant is not operational, so having access to some cooking alternatives would be a good option for guests. The local restaurants use styrofoam and plastic cutlery, which is a health and environmental concern.
