Poor maintenance over years is aaprent, inconformatable at many aspects, carpet needs to bechange long time ago. The suite reserved was not offering separte beds as mentionned we had to down grade to have it. I will never go back neither recommend this place.

They double charged my credit card.. I still at this time have to dispute one charge. The fire alarm was going off all night and we did not sleep.. People were complaining about it, so it wasn't just us...

Comfortable room and bed $38 resort tax? Expensive cab ride from airport. Poor signage. $15 for wiFi?? They charged for everything! Too big and cavernous with no views of the ocean in the lesser rooms. Broken hot tub......Generally a crappy hotel.

View from my room was great and the restaurants were good also.room Service personnel were great...Front desk person was also good. The carpet in my room was soggy and the sand was caked into it. I took my slippers off and walked on it and sand was stuck to my feet. There were holes in the ceiling. When I complained about the floor/carpet, they were quick to respond and sent someone to vacuum - that did not help but at least they tried. The bell staff saw me struggling with my bags and did not offer to help when I checked in but were och subsequently.

The staff at the reception and the restaurants have had very "militaristic" attitude trying to put us in line (even then tere were meare 4 persons who belong to the same group!), not letting to select a table in the restaurant (with many options open and uncontested). It apperes that the whole clame of environmental frendliness is a fake, E.G. in slite of all my attempts to follow the instruction with the towels not to be removed, they were consistently changed.

The location, nice beach, clean room. Dear booking.com team, when I´m planning my holiday trips, I´m only use booking.com last years, because of the lovest prices and the excellent service. I hope you can check my account. I was satisfied so far. During my last trip to Florida (USA) and the Bahamas I had very bad experience in Wyndham Nassau Resort. I made a reservation thru your website, I got confirmation that the total cost of my stay will be 476 USD. At the hotel, they force me to pay additional 237,68 USD for resort fee and some taxes. That is additional 50% !!!!! For that price I would NEVER book that hotel !!!! At the top, that resort seems old, the facilities are dirty, let´s check the corridor at the 4th floor, where we stayed. The persons on the reception were very undisposed. I was abused and I ask you to refund me the mentioned 237,68 USD, even if it not correct our broken holiday! Sincerly, Jozef Fodor

Das erste Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken. Nach einer Beschwerde kam ein Mitarbeiter mit einer Chemiekeule, danach sollt es nach Erdbeere riechen. Nach 10 Minuten fühlte ich mich dann nicht mehr so gut, packte meine Sachen und ging zu Rezeption. Das zweite Zimmer war ok, bis auf Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, teilweise fühlt man sich wie in einer amerikanischen Mall.
