Aparton  

When WiFi didn't work in the first apartment we were moved to the another without any problems. And second apartment looked better. The staff is friendly. Location near metro (both apartments). We ordered a transfer at 5 am, very nice woman was bringing us to the airport. So the transfer was great. In general it was OK.

First apartment: The door and lock looked like it was broken (to enter) many times. We were scared to sleep, as we had unsafe feeling Tv was working, but without sound. It was impossible to close the windows. The bed was for 2, but blanket was only for one - around 1,50m. Second apartment: The house itself was very old, no elevator and the apartment on 5th floor.

Your own apartment in an apartment building. A decent two person bed, two decent lounge chairs and small walk in closet. Metro/ subway, cafe, money exchange and small grocery store around the corner.

Bathroom and bathtub wasn't really cleaned enough. There were no drapes to block out the sunlight. For BLR living standards it is a bit expensive, but all stays are expensive in Minsk.

The apartments were warm and comfortable, in the center, near to a metro station. Owner came to meet us at 2 A.M.

The entrance was awfully dirty, it was scarying at night.

The apartment was next to the metro and a shopping center.

It was not the first time that I rented an apartment with Aparton but this time, the apartment should have not been classified as Deluxe. The shower was dirty with mould and grime. The TV picture quality was bad. The apartment was on the street level in a building under renovation with much noise. Apartments are also usually better equipped.

I liked the location - maybe I was lucky to get that good apartment but it really was superb, and specifically when considering the price!

As an improvement idea: For being a new in town, it would be possible to get more out of the visit if we were given a brochure/briefing about the different happenings, nice bars etc. Also possibility to get/buy a mice big town map would be nice touch.

The flat was well situated in the city center, not far away from park, restaurants and supermarkets. Internet with WiFi was available. The office to pick up the key was in a nearby street.

Some cupboards and the toilet were clutter up with a some garbage. The fridge was noisy. The bed not very comfortable was not reel king size but made of 2 single mattresses.

The apartment was not very clean

The Hotel was bad and inconvinent.

there was no staff in the House.

Managers not at the place intime bathroom not cleaning enough

previous time, I booked another apartment which was in better condition of equipment. three little plates and three glasses and two mugs. that's quite note enough to prepare dishes. the bathroom tap was leaking. I prefered the first apartement located in Nezalojnosti street 46.

Flat was big enough, clean, with a great location and all communications. price=quality

Wifi didn't work. Bad service from managers - they didn't come to check us out and take the keys back, so we were forced to leave the keys near the office door - kinda nervous! So the agency can't be recommended

Great value for money. The apartment was at the city center just across the circus. 3 large rooms, clean and properly furnished. The kitchen tools could be much better which was the only thing that was a downer for us.

Public entrance /staircase to the elevator is very dirty. Bedroom is too small and the living room is too large. The bathroom is also very small, with not-needed washing machine, Bed is not comfortable. Not operating air conditioning, therefore you need to open a widow for night and then traffic noise not allows you to sleep. You must pay for a full stay at once, during the first hour. No every day service. Price is too high for low service. One room/entrance key is given: it is a problem if two people stay

Aparton are a company which rents out apartments across the city of Minsk. I was a bit nervous using this company (especially when not in the European Union and other travel protected insurances do not cover companies in Belarus if anything went wrong, like credit card problems), but in the end, everything was great (but it was a good job I had my wife to deal with the company as Russian language speeds things up). We didn't know where are apartment was going to be in the city until we SMS them about two hours before we arrived in Minsk. We were then given an address to go to and meet the girl there at a set time. They prefer to be paid in cash either Euros or USA dollars, if not, then the local currency. This wasn't a problem for us. The apartment we were at was located five minute walk from the train station which was very ideal for us. Problem was, it was on a top floor in a Soviet style apartment block, so took forever to walk up all the stairs inside. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and had all the washroom and kitchen facilities including washing machine and iron. So I was very happy with this. Even the television is very modern!

These are good reasons (continued from above) - There was four of us sharing this apartment, so this cost us $60 per person for two nights which is a lot cheaper than the limited amount of hotels in the city. The beds are queen size, comfortable and plenty of space to store luggage. The washroom is huge and clean and the shower works very well. We didn't use the kitchen much, but I was very glad to have a fridge to put drinks in before moving onto our next destination. This is worth staying at if there is a few persons.

I loved the fact that they could also arrange the transfer from the airport. Minsk is definitely different from other capitals that I have seen in Eastern Europe. It's good to have some one who speaks English and can help you get around. The apartment I stayed in was comfortable and right next to the subway and above a good restaurant. I would definitely us their services again when I go to Minsk.

Free WIFI

Apartment was outdated and I had a feeling,that they have been used a lot. In pictures in ad everything was much more nice and new.

приветливый администратор. недалеко от центра.

пятый этаж хрущевки без лифта. плохой сток воды в душевой кабине. на двери дома нет таблички с названием фирмы - приходится звонить по местному телефону, чтобы узнать домофон для входа в офис.

Квартира была в центре, очень приличная и современная, wi-fi, парковка во дворе.
