Score from 378 reviews Very good
I was here overnight during the Hockey Championship semi-final and final days. Very good location - lovely place in a city centre, walking distance to main transportation routes. Very hospitable staff. Administrator (thank you, Ekaterina) allowed me to check-in earlier to be in time for the hockey matches at the day of arrival. It vas very good quality for the money I've spent. Not a luxury hotel for sure, but the price is very reasonable, especially for the time of such a big events in the city.
Perfect location with very friendly and helpful staff.
The best location
The landlady called me few times to make sure that I am arriving, informed about some small changes of booking. I was arriving late, about 12am, so she called me one more time to make sure that everything is alright with me.
the hotel is based in the standard flat and the bunk bed is too low.
good location, friendly staff, free wifi.
very cold in the room. window cannot be closed properly. difficult to find
The moment I left
I booked a single room, got a confirmation and upon arrival at midnight (after paying, ofcourse) they wanted to stick me in a room with someone else because another guest needed the room and he arrived before me. They proposes me to share the room untill 2 o'clock at night. Then they would find a solution. I refused ofcourse and finaly got my money back. Girl spoke no English. Very far from city center, would not stay here again even if they offered to pay me.
Very friendly staff, location close to city center, nice view from window, WiFi.
Initially had trouble to find entry to hotel.
Relatively cheap for Minsk, but hugely overpriced in general. Wi-Fi connection is good. The view from the window is also nice, although you won't be able to open the window and enjoy it in full
Doors, furniture, bath tub -- everything is very old and worn out
Good central location, great view from the window
Consider this as a dusty appartment with some extra rooms. If you don't know Russian, don't go there. Staff didn't speak a word of English, there was not a single sign or document in English (fortunately I was sent the directions to the appartment in advance through an e-mail from the hostel). Bad isolation (noise from inside and from the street). The point is that I don't mind all of these basic conditions (that's part travelling ;) but this appartment accommodation is really overpriced (should be half of the price I paid)!
