The location of the Hotel is perfect. It's the best start point of exploring the city sights. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, have good sound-proofing. Breakfasts are plentiful and tasty.

In the rooms was rather cold.

Location is very good. Right in the main square. View from our room (502) to square and bridge was also great. Breakfast was interesting - there were fried pork and chicken, stewed cabbage and vegetables. That looked like lunch buffet. Actually I liked that. For them, who likes more traditional breafast, there were sousages, omlette, porridge and of course different kinds of cheese and meat. No fish, unfortunately.

Hotel is not modern at all. For example, the juice dispenser in restaurant seems to be from soviet time. Its cover was broken, and therefore hidden under piece of cloth. To fill a glass with juice it took very long (tubes must of get clogged for so many years of work). Reception asked maid to check our room before letting us go, althogh we paid by credit-card. This kind of behaviour illustrates the whole atmosphere in Minsk Hotel.

I with my companion were insulted by the hotel security on racial lines.

- misunderstanding with directions for guest parking (not a big minus since the staff was really helpful about it): parking near the main entrance is prohibited, and there is a sign dispatching for public parking 1.5 km away. While real parking for the guests is in the inner yard, having entrance from another street. Checked the hotel site, no directions as well.

Service was excellent.

1) Breakfast buffet was quite modest. Omlet was pretty bad. But just fried eggs were good :) 2) No SPA in the hotel.

Only location.

Internet connection was poor. When I asked lady at the reception what is wrong with it, she said its bad because of the weather...?! Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Bar downstairs is full of prostitutes. I was very rudely asked by a concierge which room Im from when i walked into the lobby past midnight. Overall, this is certainly not 4 star hotel - I give it 2 stars max.

very nice, clean, friendly town. A stunning view from the hotel window at the central square, church, town hall. Caring staff, performs all of your requests. The hotel rooms are not large, but still, the neighbors can not hear what's going on in the hallways - are not heard. Fresh produce, low prices, small cars - clean air. Excellent.

Beautiful city, great historical landmarks. Friendly, kind people.

Limited vegetarian restaurants. Not many people speak English. Smoking is allowed in hotel lobbies and even non-smoking floors are not enforced.

Good location in the very centre of the city

Very noisy in the room due to strong traffic outside. Windows do not protect. Same problem with noise in the corridor, when late guests passing by shouting. Split system - disaster. It was rumbling like a big tractor. No way to switch it on in the night time. Food in restaurants of very low quality. For $260/night would be fair to have much more comfort.

Хотела расслабиться в сауне и джакузи с массажем, но цены нереальные даже по российским меркам, а уж тем более для белорусов.

в номере не было элементарных вещей - зубных щеток - приходилось звонить. не менялся мини-бар - тоже звонили

Очень чистый город,красивые виды города ,хорошие продукты.

Медленное обслуживание в ресторанах, недостаточно развитой обслуживание туристов в популярных у туристах местах (не хватает мест общественного питания в местах массовых посещений исторических мест)
