Don't be fooled by the "free bicycles" line-- there are two small beach-cruiser-style bikes available, but they won't fit anyone over about 5'5" properly. Rent your own bikes or a golf cart. Don't think you'll walk in to town, it is a long walk. Know that the "three-bedroom" unit is actually a one-bedroom condo that's been converted, with one large bedroom, a loft area, and what was likely intended as a living room all serving as sleeping space. Plenty of space to sleep, but very little privacy. Also, Internet is fast and free, but only available at the pool/palapa area. It *barely* reached our condo, if we sat next to the front door and were patient.
The condo was a bit out of town, which was actually perfect for us. The central courtyard, pool, and palapa are quiet, peaceful, and great for just relaxing and staring at the ocean, and the views out the window look like they're straight out of a postcard. The condo was fully-equipped, clean, and well-maintained.
Tour operators universally picked us up at the condo's private dock, which was also great for swimming and snorkeling. A tour operator and dive shop, Suya Tours, is located right next door.
