How helpful the staff were with booking excursions and helping to obtain miscellaneous items (razor). Lack of room service charge

Lack of heated pool and slow restaurant service and attitude of a restaurant server

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Every single one of them. They left little surprise treats when you were out of your room, and sometimes even knew your name or room number when you hadn't even met them yet. The rooms are not big, but very nicely decorated, and why would you want to stay in your when your in a beautiful hotel and country!

Beautiful landscaping Pretty accommodations Really a pretty little place that feels secluded.

The food wasn't edible. We couldn't eat the breakfast 2 out of 3 mornings; coffee, tea and juice were fine. Dinner we "ate" once and never again, both dinners were terrible. Neither of us ate much of anything from here. The "spa" is a massage room.
