rooms were quiet at night, comfy beds,

no wi-fi in rooms across street, a chair would be nice

The owners were very accommodating and arranged tours for us, made sure we had anything we needed, and were fun to be around.

My boyfriend & I had a great stay at Pedro's while we were in San Pedro. The owner, Peter, and his staff were very accommodating. Pedro's offers many services right at the office, including golf cart rentals snorkeling & scuba driving trips. There is a bar & pizza restaurant on site as well as two pools with ample space for lounging around. Downtown San Pedro is only a short walk for shopping, dining & beaches. It was a great stay!

Staff were helpful

Lack of furniture, chairs or places to hang clothes. Definitely not enough water pressure for an adequate shower. Locks very insecure.

The hotel was very nice and the attention given by the staff was very good. The pool is great for a refreshing dip.

There was some noise at night caused by the neighbour's dogs. But otherwise it was quite quiet and we slept very well. To have a backpackers' hostel there too, they could have a kitchen for guests, but they don't.

Rooms are quite large for this price range. Hot water is a plus at a backpackers property. Beds are comfortable and cable tv was a bonus at this price range.

They advertised beach access and there was none.

Everything! From the moment I met Peter, I knew we would have a great time there! Peter even set up our swimming with the shark adventure for 44.00, which included gear and transportation. We were invited to a birthday party that night. We met a bunch of locals at Pedro's bar attached to the hotel/hostel and started drinking there. We ended up at his friend's bar 'Roadkill bar' did some more drinking and Karaoked. There was even a downpour and we stayed there in the bar and con'td on partying w/o power. I can't say more on what a great time we had with the people we met at Walter's birthday party. We met two Americans that were in the processs of moving to San Pedro. I can see why! pedro's hotel was the best experience i have ever had in Belize. i have stayed in caye caulker and san pedro about 15 times since 1994. it is an outstanding experience. no fifty dollar a night or hostile which they also have can be beat by any other location there. it is an island hotel and they have a deal with Ramon's village for you to use the beach.

It is not an appropriate booking for a Single woman on holiday or a family with young children which my friend had who was on holiday with me. The rooms are extremely small and the plumbing system is not adequate (a sign in the bathroom directed, Do Not Put Any Toilet Paper in the Toilet). also the picture are very deceiving on the booking site. Pedro's is more geared toward young men and girls gone wild. The building is more like a military barracks than a hotel. WiFi is advertised as available at the pool, the bar and in some rooms. I was fortunate to be placed in one of the six rooms which is supposed to receive the signal, when i complain of no Wifi in room was told by Cindy that the hotel was full and too many were trying to log on so that made the signal too week to work in my room. So unless you want to conduct your business and personal conversations in the open air or the noisy bar, forget it. I booked for a stay 8/29/2012 to 9/15/2012 and request a refund on 9/3/2012 to 9/15/2012 due to feeling unsafe, sewer gas coming into my room from bathroom that keep me up all night, going outside to breath clean air, and all in hall way of building, upon this request of refund, Peters Lawrence (owner of Pedro's Inn) attitude was you will not get it, refused me a receipt of the $600.00 cash given to finish my total cost after credit card billing, and then added insult to injury by telling me "We do not have people like you staying in our hotel", I repeated his words "people like me?" He smirked, signed, and said nothing. I left checking into the Belize Hutz, and was advised to report my situation to the Belizean Tourist Board (BTB) my experience. Come to find out after doing so, He refused my cash money receipt, to avoid taxation, so he not only is rude and insulting to his guess he is stealing from the Belizean Government. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are Single, African-American, Professional, Mother, Grand-mother, etc.

I had a run-in at the hotel bar with a drunk employee who was extremely inappropriate which made being on the hotel grounds uncomfortable afterwards. Management did agree to speak to the worker though.

The location is outstanding. Close to the airport and the center of town. Peter and Cindy went out of their way to help us. We were able to rent a golf cart on site. A/C and TV were a prerequisite and they have both. TV is small but adequate.The pool is small but clean and a perfect temp. Good food at the bar. Good looking babes everywhere....We would definitely stay there again.

Shower could have been better but I think they are a work in progress.Towells were provided but no bath mat or washcloths.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well, wood floors and walls had just been refinished nicely. Staff responded quickly to requests when there was some things that needed tending to in the room (see below)

Some things were left un-finished from a recent renovation, like the toilet wasn't bolted down, so it rocked; the bathroom door could not be closed from inside (no doorknob or latch); sawdust on the inside of the window ledge. No where to hang clothes up. There were only bathtowels, no hand towels. There was no toilet paper in the room on arrival.

The front desk staff were very friendly as were the cleaning and maintenance staff. The rooms were comfortable for the price of the room.

Great deal for the price, which was much lower than other hotels in on the island. Staff was friendly and helpful, and responded to our concerns quickly. Rooms were tidy, and very clean for an older building. Office had a refrigerator and microwave for our use. Maps were available, as well as information about local activities. A small fridge was available, and they brought it into our room with no extra charge.

Located a little far from town center and the beach, but price made that ok.. The office closed at 5:00 pm. Our room was a little noisy because of a stairway right outside.

San pedro hotel hostal - san pedro belize Quando Madonna cantava la Isla Bonita, anni fa, last night I dream of san pedro, parlava proprio di questa bella san pedro nella magnifica cornice dei Caye Di Ambergris Caye. La zona è divisa in due parti, la south e la north, al centro c’è un piccolo aeroporto che collega l’isola agli atolli limitrofi, ma il servizio eccellente di taxi boat provenienti da ogni dove, mexico belize e honduras fanno si che S.pedro sia molto piu vivace ed interessante della vicina C:Caulker. L’hotel che abbiamo scelto x 4 giorni il san pedro hotel hostal è abbastanza economico 60 us a notte , un po fuori mano rispetto alla zona principale dei pub – disco night della sera, ma decisamente confortevole e tranquillo. In hotel ci hanno detto che è anche hostal, a seconda della camere che si scelgono, con o senza vista piscina. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è un entrambi I casi onesto e buono. Camere pulite, tutte rivestite in legno chiaro canadese (come il proprietario simpatico ) con 2 letti matrimoniali, wc molto ben tenuto, tv , air condiz, l’unico neo, è che manca un armadio anche se vi sono solo piccoli comò per appoggiare valigie. Mancano inoltre gli attacca abiti, importanti !! Nel giardino e intorno alla piscina, enormi sdrai e d ombrelloni colorati. Nella zona ristorante, che sta al piano terra , servono toast ,fresh food, e la migliore pizza dell’isola. Ogni sera son proposte festa a tema, davvero un posto molto cool ! pernottato nel marzo 2013 –

l'hotel è un posto veramente meraviglioso, più che per la struttura in sè, per l'atmosfera che si respira. Il personale è simpaticissimo e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti, sopratutto ai ragazzi.
