Princess Hotel & Casino Free Zone is a large resort located next to Belize’s border with Mexico, and within 2 km of Santa Elena and the 4 Mile Lagoon. It features a casino, bowling alley, cinema and a gym. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms at Princess Hotel & Casino Free Zone have bright décor. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, cable TV and a bathroom with a bathrobe. Guests can enjoy a range of international cuisine in the Princess Hotel’s buffet restaurant. There is also a snack bar. El hotel es bueno en relacion al precio. El lugar es bueno para jugar en casino , compras y pidria servir de base para conocer los alrededores que son muy hermosos. Hay lagunas , rios , ruinas mayas , etc . Podria estar mucho mejor si contara con piscina para huespedes. Y el estacionamiento deberia haber reservaciones preferentes para los huespedes del hotel.

.Checking out and leaving. Food at restaurant was terrible. Didn't get the room that was booked. Ended up in the third of 3 rooms. A.C. not working in first 2 rooms. Room was dirty. Condition of room was poor. Front desk clerk was rude.

La comida del restaurante. El servicio es muy malo, la gente no es cordial. Y dice que tiene wi fi pero solo en el restaurante. Segun ellos, no tienen toallas extras.

The lobby an eating area were very nice. It looked like someone had slept in our bed and they just remade it for our arrival. There was hair in the sheets. The rooms were very run down. They would do well to inject some money and upgrade to the standard of the other 2 public areas.
