Warning: * No telephones in the rooms * No toilet paper in the rooms (buy your own!) * No internet in the rooms * Front office closes at 5pm, so if you want to make a call you are *screwed* * Must cross a toll bridge and pay $5 every single time you want to go into town, and again on the way back * Cleaning staff hardly cleaned anything

La elegancia y comodidad de la habitacion, el bar restaurant Que no se me otorgo el apartamento que reserve, ya que reserve para 4 personas y 2 baños y me otorgaron un apartamento con 2 habitaciones y 1 baño, con una cama kingsize y una cama individual, lo reporte en la administracion y no pudieron cambiarme a otro apartamento por falta de disponibilidad

Buenas instalaciones, comodo. Podria estar mas limpio, los horarios de atencion son muy cortos, esta un poco lejos del centro de la isla y todas las actividades, sin embargo son 10min caminando o 5 en bicicleta. No tiene playa

Good to relax, nice pool. Staff weren't that helpful, they did not fix things in apartment even though I asked twice, the building was quite old. Everything was just ok, not more than that.

部屋は大きく、本来４人用と思われる（予約ページから）部屋に家内と２人で宿泊しましたが、それでも高くは- ありませんでした。また、室内はきれいだったと思います。従業員の対応も、若干のミス・コミュニケーション- はありましたが、事前のメールでの問い合わせにも親切な対応があり、特に問題があったとは思いません。レス- トランもまずまずで、魚料理等意外と美味でした（何故か２日目の夜は魚料理がありませんでしたが。）。 主に私自身よりも家内が文句を言っていた点ですが、夜６時を過ぎると従業員が帰宅し対応する人がいなくなる- というのが第１のマイナスポイントです。尤も夜警の従業員らしき人は何人かいたので、その人たちに対応を求- めればよいのかも知れませんが、決まった場所にいる訳ではなく、声をかけやすいとも言えません。また、内線- 電話がありませんでした。他に、ロケーションも街まであまり近くはなく、夜になると家内が怖がったこともあ- り外出はし難い雰囲気でした。

El lugar donde se ubica esta bien Baños sucios , agua para bañarse en pésimas condiciones ni para lavarse las manos falta higiene en general
