The room was spacious and exactly the style which we expected Really nice architecture Receptionists were friendly

This is really not good value for the money you pay- no night clerk, no availability of drinking water, nothing of the facilities you normally get in a hotel of this price range. The breakfast voucher (5 $) in the adjacent coffe shop is a joke. The restaurant in the courtyard looks nice, is expensive but has unfriendly service and grubby table cloth. According to hotel staff it is not safe/ recommended to walk throughout the neighbourhood after dark

It did not have an elevator, I'm handicap and the room was on the 3rd floor. There was no room service. I left a day early and they still charged me the entire amount even though I left a day early, due to not wanting to be at the hotel.

The outside of this hotel is very nice. Reminds me of a plantation. The location though is not friendly for beach going, even though the sea is100 ft away.

I had to negotiate in order to only pay one night extra besides the night I stayed even though on the website it only states they charge you one night if you don't show. If you book it, your gonna be stuck. They don't go by their cancelation policy. They were planning on a 100% charge, which would have been over $1000 for a vacation that I would never get again. No pool, but for a charge you can use the Raddisons next door which is cheaper per night and has more amenities. Also, at near $200 a night- with tax, you should get shampoo and conditioner, lotion and at least an air conditioner that does not sound like it is going to explode. I do not recommend this place.

The booking was for Double Room with Two Double Beds - Breakfast included well in the room was a sign that the breakfast was a voucher for Belize $ 5 which should be for 1 cup of coffee and 2 pieces of bakings at the shop next door, this was not really right as we hardy got 1 coffee and one croisant. Surelly for the costs of the room they should do what theys said in the booking, included breakfast !!

Walking distance to town and Large room and bathroom.

Belize City has lots of beggars. They are trying to improve the area for cruise passengers. You can't be out walking after dark.

The fact that we had to change our room due to bugs and unclean bed and the staff did not seem concerned about it. We did not even get an apology. We didn't like to have to carry our bags up two flights of steps to get to the entrance lobby.

A beautiful colonial style mansion.Large verandas to enjoy your free breakfast on ( that you get next door at this wonderful little bakery ) the hotel staff was wonderful. Our room was very spacious with comfortable king bed and sitting area,air conditioner and in room safe and extra large bathroom.Our room had a view of the tropical garden that surrounds the restaurant below.The T.V. offers many channel choices.The Carribean is just a 2 minute walk away to take an evening stroll along the well paved sidewalk.You would not regret staying here.We had an enjoyable 4 night stay !

Very good service

The staff was lovely, the hotel is a gracious, well-maintained heritage building, and our welcome for New Year's Eve included a bottle of complimentary bubbly - nice after a long trip.

Easy stay; helpful staff; comfortable location; great atmosphere. A real find.

No pool

Beautiful old colonial architecture. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant under same roof. Each room unique and well appointed. Several rooms with ocean breeze. Good internet service in each room. Bathrooms excellent. Good showers.

The only way to print travel documents was an old house PC computer that had very slow reception.

Very nice, like I was staying with family.

Great place to stay alone, with a spouse or with freinds. Not many things for a family.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for the value.

Upon arrival the staff makes a manual copy of your credit card. My card was compromised during my stay.

Atmosphere was good

The brealfast arrangement was sub-standard comparet to the rest of the experience. Too many people waiting in line and no room to sit.

Le petit déjeuner, payé à l'hôtel, mais à acheter dans une boutique située à côté. Le prix payé ne donnait pas droit à grand-chose, et il fallait rajouter un supplément substanciel pour avoir un petit déjeuner correct. Boisson servie dans des gobelets plastiques, repas à emporter ou à consommer sur place dans une boutique sans charme, bref, tout ceci très décevant et pas du tout en accord avec le style de l'hôtel.

サン・ペドロからベリーズ・シティに移動した船の乗降場の近くにあり、海の眺望も良く、ロケーションはとて- も良かったと思います。価格もリーズナブルで、スタッフの対応も良好、部屋も清潔でした。経営は違うのかも- 知れませんが、１階にあるレストランも良かった（ガイドブックに載っていました。）と思います。

強いて言えば、朝食がついていることになっていたものの実際には５ベリーズドル分のクーポン券をもらえるだ- けで、隣の高級ホテル（ラディソン・フォートジョージ）内のカフェかレストランまで行かなければならなかっ- たことぐらいですか。
