pool was good sunday brunch was excellent Rate booked on this website was not the same rate in their system. This had to be corrected. Dirty towel was left in the room by the cleaning staff |

Every time I come to Calgary, staying in this hotel for the last few years. This hotel is located at the motel village. It is surrounded by several hotels and resturants. It is close to Unive of calgary. You can take city tain from station within walking distance to anywhere in the city. Thus avoiding the downtwon parking problem. |

It was very easy to get in and out of the city from. there was old cleaning rags left on top of shower, no water cups, 1 bottle of water for two people and a broken bag of coffee in the basket. |

The open aspect was nice. How do you heat it in winter though! Breakfast ws too formal for us with young kids. Also, the pool could do with a thorough clean. There was a scum on the tiles |

I liked the convenience of the location, we were meeting others and it was very easy to find. The room was very comfortable and attractive decor. The bathroom was probably ready for a renovation though. As I mentioned above the bathroom could use a renovation. The room was so attractive and then when one went to the bathroom you were disappointed. I think it would be nice to compliment the room with updated bathroom fixtures. At least it was clean, somewhat. |

Overall it was a good experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. Didn't get time for the pool and hot tub, but maybe next time. Center open area was very hot, expecially on the 5th floor, but I'm not sure there is much you can do about that. |

As I was proceeding downstairs in the elevator on my way to check out the elevator stopped at a lower floor and a cleaning lady halted the elevator while she wrestled with a cart that was quite clearly too big to fit on an elevator with three passengers. When I got pinched between the wall and the cart I decided to bail & got of of the elevator and took the stairs to the ground level. |

Het hotel is vrij makkelijk te vinden. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Gratis gebruik van computer en printer, zodat je de boardingpassen kunt printen (let op: er is maar 1 computer beschikbaar voor alle gasten). De prijzen van het restaurant waren zeer gunstig. Op het moment dat wij er waren, hadden ze een speciale aanbieding - 3 gangen keuze menu voor 10.95 CAD. De koelkast bleek al dagen niet schoongemaakt en daar lag een pizza in die vol zat met schimmel. De koelkast werd echter snel schoongemaakt, nadat we dit door hadden gegeven. Ondanks dat we de avond voor vertrek toestemming hadden gekregen om tot 13:00 uur gebruik te mogen maken van de kamer, werden we om 11:30 gebeld dat we om 11:00 uur hadden moeten uitchecken. Na onze uitleg (toestemming gevraagd etc) was er geen probleem. |
