The reaturant has awful staff and awful food.

So convenient to foothills hospital, very clean and modern inside, huge rooms with microwave and fridge and coffee maker. Kind staff. Totally recommend

found a perked coffee in the coffee maker when I tried to brew my cup of coffee in the room. Looks like room was not thoroughly cleaned or the cleaner actually perked coffee using that in the room and forgot to remove it afterwards. ('cause next morning I spotted one of the cleaners came out from another room with a cup of creshl made coffee in ehr hand.)

Its clean. Location beside the train station makes it practical to make visits to downtown while having thecar parked for free.

Staff was not bad but could do much better. Breakfast was very basic.

We were there for the reason that my husband was a patient in Foothills Hospital. We told the clerk, she did not offer the compassionate rate, which we found out was available. When I asked another clerk upon checkout, why we didn't get any discount for the compassionate rate, nor the discount for seniors, nor the discount for being ama members, we were told that we had to inform someone at the time of booking, which I didn't do, as it was a fill in the blank application, and I didn't see anywhere to make comments re the discounts.

The room was well laid out for my purposes. I also liked the fact that the heat/air unit was on the quiet side, a nice change from other facilities that I've stayed at.

The beds are a little too soft for my taste, but I'm sure that others like them.

I booked on line for our first visit, and did not know about your hospital rate, so paid top dollar for the room...

Conveniently located close to the university and downtown. Near a major road, very easy to get around.

A bit dated decor, room was small, dated, quite beat up. Bathroom was small and ventilation didn't work well.

My father had a heart attack and was staying at the foothills hospital. I chose the hotel because it was the closest to the hospital. that is what i liked best.

Hotel prices are very expensive. The price is comparable to the other hotels in the village park. however that does not make it a fair price. 250.00 for two nights stay is way over charging. What did you do for me that was worth 250.00? Provided a bed and shower? Make my bed? put in two fresh towels? put a 1.00 paper outside my door? The first night i stayed i had dinner at the hotel restaurant. I had a cheese burger, fries, and a diet coke. That was 19.50!!!! I vacation yearly on a cruise line, for 150.00 a night i get the same bed and shower you provided plus unlimited high quality food, and travel to and from exotic destinations. 65.00 a night would be closer to a fair price.

Parking could be a problem. I'm sorry I'm not a big city person so the thought of possibly having to pay $10/day to park was unexpected and a shock.

The hotel did take off half the price of our room due to the problem we had in the room. That was appropriate!

My husband stepped on 3 slivers of glass in the room and cut his foot. We wore our shoes after that. The coffee maker wasn't working either. No free breakfast!

I called several times the day of our check in to confirm our reservation, and consistently reached voice mail. My messages were never returned. When we arrived, we asked at check in to extend our stay in the same room. The clerk seemed to take care of this, but then we received a receipt under our door on the morning we were originally supposed to check out. Front desk said they had no record of us extending our stay, and we had to change rooms. Check out was a huge pain - first, we called down to ask if we could check out at 12 noon instead of 11 am, which we were told was fine; then at 11:30, front desk called and asked if we were planning to check out that morning! Then at check out, we paid part of the balance with a gift card, and it took about 15 minutes for the front desk to sort this out. Overall, it seemed like front desk staff needed some more training or better communication.

lots....didnt get the room types i booked. didnt get the 2 rooms close together as requested called room service.....they asked if WE were going to pick it up they didnt supply utensils or napkins charged $61. for Nachos, wings and a salad front desk said they would charge $10 to park in underground, where i have parked for yrs.

The staff and facilities were great!

Carpets and furniture were stained

We loved the layout and the comfort of the hotel. I'll be staying there again!

I expected better toiletries just in case I forgot something!
