Last minute booking and staff were eager And very accommodating and helpful...had a good stay and a great rest.
Little more detail to cleaning of the room would be nice(r)
I liked the inside court yard instead of a lobby or street view entrances. It gives a feeling of privacy and security.
The issue of entering or leaving the parking lot was a bit problematic depending on where you were coming from or where you were going. Not to stop me from booking in again though.
Comparable motels that I have stayed in in the same area include breakfast.
Front desk clerk - Sim
View amazing Centrally located Cafe nearby excellent food and prices Clean room helpful staff for directions and tea was great Other patrons very considerate a quiet
Too noisy from highway below room
I was charged 25$ more than my Booking.com total price, but was so tired I did'nt realize until I got home:(
The staff were very helpful. Anything you requested was brought to you.
Long walk to shopping. Not overly clean. Very basic motel. Suited our purposes to attend a wedding.
Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. It had air conditioning. There is a nice patio area and our room had a balcony. There is also a small gym area.
The hotel is right by a freeway so there is traffic noise throughout the night, but it was not overbearing. A drawer in the dresser kept opening, had to jam it shut, and the shower head was very low, had to bend backwards to wash my hair. None of it was a deal breaker though, good price in a convenient location!
- good location off highway -usually quiet - 10 minute walk from transit station
- late night attempted beating in room down hall, cops called - visible animal feces on lower balconies
A large room on the more quiet side of a busy corner property, mature trees smothered some noise.
The room was a past smoking room that had not been aired, and we had asked for a non smoking room.. the bathroom seemed to be under renovations not yet completed.
the location was great staff friendly the beds were comfortable and sheets clean coffee was good
I felt the room needed a lot of updating and a good cleaning the microwave smelt, the bathroom lamp was filthy the plugins in the kitchen area did not work the curtains were not hooked up and part was just hanging if you looked up where the curtains where hanging it was gross this room needed a good cleaning
The location was just off the highway, which was great. The rooms were clean, all the essentials were there, and the staff were friendly.
Taking a left from Broadway into the inn parking lot requires a U turn and getting out is also difficult unless you take the back streets up to Canada Way.
The receptionist is so friendly and willing to help guests.
The wifi is not so fast, mine is always disconnect.
Was close to the Pacific Coliseum.
You get what you pay for.
Location, large room, comfortable beds, large balcony, fridge in room, nice laminate flooring, pet-friendly
Still in need of more renovations, bathtub needs replacing, doors very beaten up, water pressure low and uneven for shower fluctuating between hot and cold, no coffee maker in room.
THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO WHERE I WAS GOING. THEY ARE UPGRADING AND THAT IS GOOD
UNABLE TO OPEN PATIO DOOR OR TURN AIR ON BECAUSE OF A MOLD SMELL FROM OLD BALCONY..WOOD BUGS IN BATHROOM COMING FROM WALL
balcony, space, staff
little noise from road but to be expected
The room was very comfortable as well as the view from our balcony. The staff were always courteous and friendly. It may be an older hotel with a new face but I definitely give it the thumbs up.
The only two negatives I have is the driveway entrance. It is a little awkward to get into, but not bad. Also there is no restaurant or place to get ice.
It wasn't relaxing at all, the manager kept calling us early in the morning asking if we are extending our stay after we have said that we are planning on staying there for at least a week. Locked us out of our room, because we just had to wait for someone to drop our money off. Very unaccommodating and rude to us. Not somewhere we would recommend to anyone or anybody.
The manager Deborah is very rude, unkind and dishonest. Charged us more than than price that was quoted to us and then as soon as we get there bombarded us with demands for security deposit of a hundred when she never said anything about that over the phone. We had asked for smoking room and later on said that the room isn't smoking. There wasn't any sign of no smoking in that room. She shouldn't be in the hospitality business.
ease of access to the hotel and in the area I wanted to visit
Dirty Bathroom It looked like there was blood on the walls behind the bathroom door, so obviously not cleaned well. The room was at the end of a corridor with an alcove at the end. Terrified to go to room at night, walked in backwards to see if someone was hiding in alcove. Had to park car under a balcony of boistrous young men drinking and smoking and flipping butts onto my car, Hopped that was all they were going to throw on it.
