I think it is a very expensive hotel for the quality. My room looked like a flat with kitchen, bathroom, room an living room. The aspect and confort was quite below the price I had to pay for it. |

The hotel has an extremely bad internet connection. It is very slow and it is virtually impossilble to surf the net. During my 4-day stay there the room was cleaned only once. The staff did not respond to my requests properly. Despite endless requests, no one looked into the internet problem. |

The location is convenient but the area is quiet when the Calgary Stampede is over. The wireless broadband is very slow and the room decor is outdated. Both could use improvement. |
