very friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, hotel close to shopping and connection to main cross-city roadways. the rooms could stand to be upgraded. the furniture is starting to show wear. Beds were very comfortable |

The hotel lobby was welcoming and decorated in the spirit of Stampede. The gift shop and restaurant were inviting and convenient. We were somewhat close to the C-Train. Bed was comfortable, linens clean. The rooms were not what I expected. Not very inviting or even really nice. The kitchen facilities were not modern, dishes not very clean, coffee maker too dirty to use. We had no desire to spend any time in the hotel room beyond sleeping there. |

Well located in the city centre. Big rooms, almost like a small flat, with kitchenette and a lounge, allowing you to cook and have tea and coffee and relax...Nice space...Parking available right near the hotel. Free access to internet, other spa facilities available but we did not have time to use...Business center with possibility to print free of charge... The kitchenette could have a bit more cutlery and dishes ... Quality was a bit poor... |

Each member of the staff we met were excellent. The bathrooms are failing fast. No exhaust fans, water damage everywhere, and the windows do not open.... |

some of the front desk staff were excellent, the dinners were superbly cooked, there was ample room in the suite. staff standards varied considerably, information given by morning waitresses and some front desk staff was either inaccurate or poorly given. |

This hotel was priced considerably lower than other downtown Calgary hotels. We went to the Calgary Stampede and we could easily walk to the C-train or walk to the grounds. It has an excellent location in the heart of downtown Clagary. Some staff were not very helpful but others were really great to deal with. |

I think it is a very expensive hotel for the quality. My room looked like a flat with kitchen, bathroom, room an living room. The aspect and confort was quite below the price I had to pay for it. |

Le côté suite est plaisant, l'accés proche du centre Hotel mal isolé, tous les bruits sont perceptiles, de plus la circulation nocturne dans la rue maintien éveillé! |

esta bien porque son suittes ( apartamentos ) sala de gym y centro de belleza e ido tes veces este año y el wireless ( conexion inalambrica a internet ) les va fatal , pero mal mal .; y las instalaciones en general necesitan una actualizacion ., sobre todo las duchas |
