close at downtown montreal, clean bathroom dirty old room, without airco! no parking available, although mentioned that there is. Staff not giving correct information. breakfast in the hall? |

We liked the price and the atmosphere of the place. The staff were friendly at first. We negotiated a deal with the midnight staff as we arrived at 3 am. THe morning staff overruled the other deal and tried to make us pay more. THen the next night the midnight staff bitched at us for making them look bad, when they misinformed us. THe hotel also has bed bugs and we are still itching a week after. |

Second time I stayed at this hotel. Location is great, there is plenty of free on weekend parking around, staff is decently helpful, rooms (especially on the ground floor) are what you pay for - cozy but nothing fancy. Showers are a problem in this hotel - they run out of hot water pretty fast on some days. Also - some of the people from our party were bitten by bedbugs, however I do not experience anything like that. |

Great room for the money. Good location. Friendly staff. Crappy shower. Some shady characters can be encountered on the street nearby after dark. |

Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah und hat sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine stilgerechte Einrichtung. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über einen Etagenaufzug und einen separaten Raum zur Einnahme von Essen. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Busbetriebshof und ist deshalb stark von Verkehrslärm betroffen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht vertrauensbildend. |

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war stilgerecht zum Gebäude und überwiegend gut bis befriedigend. Das Personal war freundlich und hilsbereit. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über einen Aufzug oder Hilfe für den Transport von Reisegepäck. Der Zugang zu den Zimmern erfolgt über eine steile und schmaleTreppe. Im Etagenflur stand teilweise Baumaterial. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über einen separaten Raum zur Einnahme des Frühstücks oder Kaffeemaschinen auf den Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind teilweise stark lärmbelastet, da gegenüber ein Busbahnhof ist. |

This hotel is located in closed to Bus terminal which operates Quebec City, Airport bus and is very convenient for any transportation. I forgot my coat in the closet surly and asked them to keep it till my return but they said there was no coat with upset tone in E-mail. So I gave up to contact with them anymore. It was only thing I'm unhappy with them. |

Proximité des facilités : gare des bus, métro - frigo et tv dans la chambre, accès gratuit à internet - personnel charmant L'hôtel est sympa. D'accord, ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais bien suffisant pour dormir, se doucher et lire son couriel, que demander de plus. |
