breakfast is ok ,but hotel does not offer fried eggs ,bacon etc. We think the restaurant is rented to somebody else ,and if you come with the coupon for breakfast you are treated a little bit as a "coupon client"

Very good and genuine service. Assisted picking dining locations and there choices were excellent.

Heating/cooling fan...when not in use made a very annoying whining sound which kept me awake..i am however quite a light sleeper.

This is an amazing hotel for Location, in the heart of Old Quebec.It is right across the street from the port where the cruise ships drop off, which is very convenient if you are ending your cruise at this city.The hotel is very accomodating and will pick you up at the Port.The rooms are sparce and modern. Don't look for any old world charm.The concierge is very helpful and will arrange any needs you would have.Don't take your kids to this hotel!

No refrigerator in room. No safe in room .No drawers for clothes, just closet which had lovely robes hanging in them.Did not include the Continental breakfast, which cost an extra $12.00 per person. Rather tacky and would rather be charged more for the room up front and included the breakfast.

Location, design style, historical building in beautiful old Quebec

We booked a room with two beds for my mother-in-law and our nephew but they did not have one for them when we got there. We had to make due with a cot in a very small room which made things unpleasant. The hotel also made sure to let us know they would not charge extra for the cot, as if they were doing us a favor. We were not impressed with this at all, although we still like this hotel.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary and everything was excellent. The hotel is luxury without being pretentious. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable. Our room was wonderful - lots of attention to detail and the little touches. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was total luxury. We also really appreciated the continental breakfast - the food was excellent and we thought it was great value for money. The hotel is a perfect spot in Old Quebec for shopping, dining and generally exploring.

The location was excellent - not too much in the City and just enough outside the City. Everything was walking distance to where we wanted to go. They have valet parking so you don't have to worry about your car. We had requested that we get our rooms before check-in time because we needed time to get ready for a party at 16h00 (which is check-in time), and when we arrived, the rooms were not ready so they upgraded us to Suites....WONDERFUL! I really loved the rooms, the bed was comfortable and the linens on the bed very very nice. We really appreciated the nespresso machine in the room - coffee was excellent.

Le personnelle, l'acueuil, sevice valais, nos caprices, le parapluie, le tout et encore ,tres tres agreable et bon de vivre.

Super belle Hotel a voir des gens sont super aimable ....

Pas de bain dans notre belle chambre luxueuse... Dommage pour notre belle nuit à deux pour la St.-Valentin!
