The room was awesome.

There was not enough choice of food for the breakfast.

breakfast is ok ,but hotel does not offer fried eggs ,bacon etc. We think the restaurant is rented to somebody else ,and if you come with the coupon for breakfast you are treated a little bit as a "coupon client"

Very good and genuine service. Assisted picking dining locations and there choices were excellent.

Heating/cooling fan...when not in use made a very annoying whining sound which kept me awake..i am however quite a light sleeper.

This is an amazing hotel for Location, in the heart of Old Quebec.It is right across the street from the port where the cruise ships drop off, which is very convenient if you are ending your cruise at this city.The hotel is very accomodating and will pick you up at the Port.The rooms are sparce and modern. Don't look for any old world charm.The concierge is very helpful and will arrange any needs you would have.Don't take your kids to this hotel!

No refrigerator in room. No safe in room .No drawers for clothes, just closet which had lovely robes hanging in them.Did not include the Continental breakfast, which cost an extra $12.00 per person. Rather tacky and would rather be charged more for the room up front and included the breakfast.

La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue extraordinaire à la fois sur le Chateau Frontenac et le fleuve St-Laurent. Le service de conciergerie a été bien utile pour les réservations de restaurants.

Le déjeuner ne comportait, à l'exception du café, aucun item chaud.

Bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres svp

Pas de bain dans notre belle chambre luxueuse... Dommage pour notre belle nuit à deux pour la St.-Valentin!

Tout a été parfait, de la réception au repas.

Malheureusement, la nuit venue, il y avait un fort bruit de ventillation dans la chambre nous empêchant de dormir si bien qu'il a fallu demander de changer de chambre... Ce qui n'est guère agréable en pleine nuit et laisse avec un mauvais goût malgré toutes les autres qualités de l'hôtel.

bon restaurant italien dans l'hôtel. personnel de la réception accueillant et efficace.

les matériaux de construction et d'aménagement résisteront-ils aux années ? peu de place de rangement dans les chambres ; difficultés pour poser les valises. petit déjeuner continental améliorable.

Il est malheureux que pour le prix payé pour la chambre que le petit déjeuner ne sois pas inclus. D'autre par le prix de 12$ payé pour le petit déjeuner offert est beaucoup trop chère pour ce qui est offert. L'Hotel 71 est peut-être trop axé pour gens d'affaire qui ont un compte de dépenses bien garnit.
