Relax and enjoyed the falls

It was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The price was great and there were no surprises. My room was cleaned every day that I stayed there and the bathroom looks like it had been renovated in the last year.

Zeer nette en schone kamers. Eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk. Lekker zwembad om even in af te koelen. Het grappige is dat er in dezelfde straat een hotel staat met bijna dezelfde naam "Best Value Inn". Daar liep ik eerst naar binnen. Dat hotel was zeer vies. Maar goed dat ik verkeerd was. Dit hotel was erg goed en staat 20 minuten rijden verder in de straat.

Beetje ver van Niagara af. Dat was mij niet duidelijk op de website. Maar die 20 minuten rijden weegt niet op tegen de lage prijs en de goede kwaliteit van de kamer. Het douchewater is 'hard' (zie wikipedia voor uitleg). Daardoor werdt de zeep niet goed van je lichaam gespoeld. Verder een prima hotel om zeker voor een doorreis naar toe te gaan.

it was too far away from the city, it is at least a one hour walk to niagara falls. So its pretty misleading when they say its 10 minutes ride. This was a major annoyance for us. i wouldn't say the staff was unfriendly but they were ignorant. There are no kitchen facilities. However the rooms were clean but there were a lot of flies and it wasn't really all that cheap. the room had two queen sized beds yet they charged us extra. The bath tub was also slimey. i wouldn't recommend it to others. Even the ice was being sold and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. i would much rather stay in the city because you are anyways going to spend the money on the cabs. The walls were very thin and the people next door to us were making noise until 4am in the morning. We could also hear their aircon through our door and it was very noisy. At least let travellers know that they should go there only if they have a car its practically out of the city. the wifi doesn't really work as well. electronic devices in the room were ancient and noisy and there was a plastic cover on the lampshade to keep them new. All in all it was a very annoying experience. its only for people with cars and lots of food because there are no eateries around.

Staff is very friendly. A very quiet place for just an easy and relaxing one night stay.

Air conditioner is noisy but works very well. Room is small but clean.

Value for money + quiet location.

Owner/manager does not exactly make you feel welcome as a guest. He hardly pays attention when arriving/having a question. On several occasions he was far too busy communicating in another language (Hindi?) to someone else on the phone or in a back room. Worse: he almost treated me as personnel. Example: does not know whether wi-fi works. Here's the code. Find it out. "And you call me whether it works or not". He ordered it, not requested. Maybe I missed a specific cultural issue here. But hey, we're in Canada overthere.....!
