Absolutely amazing place to stay! We plan to go there again ASAP!
He treated us like we were a member of the royal family. We were able to buy passes to events and activities through him making our trip more memorable. I plan to contact him when we want to go back as I will not stay anywhere else after our experience at A Night to Remember B &B.
- Location on Main St was great. We did almost everything in walking distance. - Very Clean. Older House, but everything was working and clean. - Price was right for what is offered!
nothing! everything was perfect.
The owner was on site and was an excellent host and cook. Very good ending to a 10 day anniversary trip.
Nothing not to like.
Good location within easy reach of the Falls, in a charming antique of a home, and a superb breakfast.
Loved this b&b! Great rooms, great hosts, great location!
This place was excellent. Very convenient to the tourist areas, but far enough away from the hustle of the crowds. Dave, the owner/host was very informative and answered any questions we had.
Very close to tourist sites, shopping nearby...Quaint old house..
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. David is a wonderful host and an excellent breakfast chef.
Vacation ending, and having to leave.
David the owner and host was very kind and a great breakfast cook as well. The house was like going back in time, it was built in 1901 and filled with antiques. Our room was more than spacious and very nice. Big king sized bed, Jacuzzi Tub. David also shared with us some things to do while visiting Niagara Canada. We took his advice and had a great time. We would highly recommend his property to any that are planning a trip to Niagara Falls Canada.
Not by much and not without pros. Just a little bit off the main area, but not so far you can't walk is this wonderful home. All the character of an older Victorian, but with the modern updates and none of the noise. Breakfast was the best neak if the day. Perfect!
It is a walk from the Falls to the home. The return trip is all up hill, so be prepared. To get to your room you'll walk stairs too.
Breakfast was great.
Stairs to third floor difficult. Homes in the area are run down. Could not enter the living room from first floor.
Obviously we are more or less the only ones who are not excited about this place - but the opposite. I checked the reviews again when I was there, to find out why I chose this place. I honestly can't understand all the positive evaluations. Perhaps it's just a matter of taste - or a matter of choosing the right room? (There is one guest who complains about "Niagara" room. This was ours. Not to reccomend, though I doubt that the other rooms are that different.) Just one visitor decribes the atmosphere as Edgar-Allan-Poe-like. I had the impression that I stayed in Norman Bates' (or his mother's) house! No-one there, when we arrived, just a letter at the front door. In the house another guest straying through the house on his search for the kitchen and the breakfast room. I found it later, at the end of a spooky, narrow stairway down at the end of the hallway with old grey mirros at the wall. I really thought Norman Bates' mother would expect me behind the door ... or in the dark abandoned breakfast room where music played without anyone being there and where the ceiling was creaking because of some people (or ghosts?) above. Our room (Niagara) was the same: dark blue heavy curtains at the windows (that can't be opened - a paper at the window warned that they could break), a grandma-like golden-brown heavy bedcover, a chair with misterious maroon spots on it (the Canterville-ghost's blood?), dirt on the window boards and on an old, not longer used TV board, a musty smell in the air. Everyone praised the wonderful and rich breakfast. We just weren't keen to have breakfast in the above decribed breakfast room, the more as the earliest possibility was at 8.30am when we already were on the move. I don't doubt that the breakfast is great.
Decor is lovely, breakfast was delicious, location was great, host was helpful and friendly, room was amazing.
leaving shoes at door
Close to falls. Bed was comfortable. Host was polite.
Room was very dark - unable to open windows. Antique furniture made room darker. Due to age of home, the room layout was very awkward.
The location was perfect proximity to walk downtown to the falls. The antique décor was charming and made me convinced I picked the best place to stay in Niagara Falls.
The owner was extremely nice and added to the enjoyment of our trip
Host David was very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was set on a very beautiful table and was hot, delicious and filling! Room was eclectic décor with beautiful antiques and was extremely spacious with tv area, dining area and king bed!! Also was air conditioned very nicely. Just loved it! Convenience store located just down the street. Parking free on location. We would stay here again for sure!!
Breakfast dining room although very beautiful was not air conditioned and was very warm during meal. It was an extreme hot and humid day outside. Inn was a bit far for us to walk down to tourist attractions but we were able to secure $5/day parking closer and walked from there.
We loved the house which was full of character with all the antiques. the breakfast was amazing and our host Dave was wonderful!
Just wanted to start with David you are great so well mannered an so graceful, breakfast was amazing an the decore was beautiful if u like an older style home this is the place to go we walked everywhere an it was great 20 mins to the falls about 20 mins to Clifton hill we are definitely going back :-)
Good location .staff were friendly . first morning was pancakes and second was eggs in toast . along with fruit. Very old home some detail with decoration but defiantly nicer in the dining room and sitting area of main house. ..
Not there to be greeted until next morning. Although there was a welcome letter on door upon arrival. Would have been nicer to have them available more in person. Run more like a business rather then a home. You enter in one door for rooms and other door or back steps for breakfast .. More detail could have been given to welcomes .. All in all it was an OK stay ..
David was very friendly and informative. Breakfasts were really good including fruit and had generous portions!
There was only one chair in our room. Couldn't sit comfortably.
The whole house was really one of a kind. impressive clean, probably one of the top 3 places i have ever stayed considering I have travel all over the world.
